watch an incumbent P.M.showering compliments on an ex Prime minister ,
a rare kind of a feat as witnessed by the members of Rajya Sabha .

produced and his great services to the Nation and his impeccability along
with his selflessness will always remain indelibly in the hearts and minds

Regardless of politics, India is extremely lucky to have Four Prime Ministers almost back to back i e PV Narsimha Rao ( Father of Liberalization in India) , AB Vajpayee ( Invested heavily in India's Nuclear Security), Dr Manmohan Singh ( Tripled India's GDP in just 10 Years) and Finally Shri Narendra Modi ( Infrastructure PM of India ). All four had great vision and determination to take India forward in different areas.

I appreciate your comment coz unlike many illiterate/ignorant fools u actually mentioned leadership of pv narshimha rao,, coz even today when i discuss 1991 liberalisation with my friends,, most of them give full credit to Manmohan Singh (finance minister) they don't even know who was the pm that time,, simply ignored the contribution of a man coming from south of Bharat...
