Coolor is just a color swap.The only ones that would be hard to do is Broly, and ui Vegeta. Hell slug and Piccolo is literally just them equipped with the giant skill. (Which they should have had in the first place.)

Xenoverse 3 should have more diverse mechanics. Like choosing what kind of ki you use which leads to different transformations and fighting style you do with different combos.
