If someone using cheats he/she must be reported it doesn't matter if he/she is doing it for your team or not. And when he/she will get banned the win or the lose won't count and if you win and you rank up then you lose your rank because he/she got banned or if you lose and you derank you will get it back. It isn't fair to use cheats because you destroy the others' team game. I don't understand why sb uses this things. They maybe are noobs and can't play without them but if you practice and you play casual,arms race or death match you will be better at the game and you don't need this things.

Hacking itself gets boring after a while, but normal ranked isnt fun when every game is lost because you dont have cheats on your team. There are a ton of communities that are solely based around HvH. Its all mind games and knowing what type of cheats the other person has and how best to exploit the weaknesses of cheats.
Most people who are satisfied with using cheats long enough (usually people who rage or just use cheats to boost up to GE) will participate in HvH matches.
I wouldn't be surprised if nals knew the meta of HvH

I know very much about cheats and how they work - but I would never cheat against other players.
This was in 2015. Since the XP became a thing there are very few hackers at the top ranks. I'm LEM and Supreme on my 2 accounts. I haven't seen a spinbotter in almost a year probably. Maybe once in every 10 games I have a suspicion someone might be walling but it's only a suspicion. I get accused of hacking all the time too and I have 2500 hours with a decent inventory. Nowadays it's pretty good up past Legendary Eagle because most cheaters get banned before making it that far thanks to the XP system. Once "Prime" matchmaking comes out that will also seriously kick ass to avoid new accounts. I also play ESEA which has the best anti cheat on the planet and great 128 tic servers. If you really want to avoid all hackers join ESEA and practice up.

The thing is that there are several paid public hacks. Some of them are better for playing "legit" and some are better for rage hacking (like HvH). Then additionally you need the right settings too.
So yes, it takes some skill, because you need the spots of the maps, know how the cheats of the others do work and you need to know how to counter them.

+P51.Dante that's probably because you're low rank. Good cheaters are hard to spot. They will toggle it every once in a while for a few seconds, to make that one game deciding kill. No way you can ever tell that they are cheaters 100%.

P51.Dante MGE is still quiet low (especially if you're talking about times before the rank update, mge would be gold nova by now) and you won't see that many hackers there. But the closer you get towards global, the more hackers and spinbotters you gonna encounter.

OP doesn't know how to play with cheaters. First never report on your own teammates. Second, learn the meta of cheaters. Third, if you want to win, you have to play with your cheating teammate. Fourth, Use your head, Clearly OP doesn't know how to win with cheaters. Fifth, HvH has skills involved (Learned that from HvH matchups, yes they do exist, like ESL, MLG, but for hacks). Lastly, No hackers want to lose to other hacks, so you have to win.
