Thanks for watching!
Hearing you sniffle away in the cold and wet makes me glad I'm a sparks.
Narrow London w rose trowel, very nice
The stroking of the trowel on the brick always gives me eargasms for some reason lol
We watching you in Zhigansk, Russia. It's about -40 right now here😄
Testament to you lads, with how you speak to Jang. Too many tradesmen treat the young lads like their skivvy.
One of the best brickies I'v seen here.
Love your work Stu. It’s bloody hard graft on the trowel though. That’s from a Bricky of over 30 years. Roll on retirement.
Do you regret being a bricky? Or did you enjoy it
That trowel at 4:16 😍😍
Love the sound of the half bats in the mixer 😀we call em happy rocks ¡ best sound of the day 🙏🙏👍👍
Hi Stu laying the bricks with out a line and still level pure class, mind you made me laugh when Jang said about his hands all the best Tony 👍
Big compliment of a very professional company
Outside work so hard when weather like this bring on spring/summer 👍
Now that’s how walls should be built, 8 inch block and 4 inch of brick.
I'm blocking and bricking 11 years luv Ur builds tidy work 💯 percent always and Ur signature toblarone bed lol 😂 👍
Did u ever do the fastest trowel on the block competition's
W.Rose narrow London trowel. Once you use one you’ll never go back
Been using one 12" for the past 2 years. My wrist never felt so good 👍
Best of the best !!!! Молодцы!!!! Удачи всем Вам!!!!!
And the Big question is Stu do you like or Love that new trowel ??? 👍
That trowel is lovely I bought one and haven’t looked back 👍🏻
Enjoyed watching the video, and that's some nice clean work. (being a carpenter, if anyone says I've been complimenting bricklayers, I'll just deny it).😜 Cheers.
Cheers mate
I like the break line cleaning, thank, great job mate
Hi stu , good video as always and top class work as well , not the best weather for us bricklayers at the moment 😭, keep up the good videos and work 🧱👍
Great team work there Stu , good old lovely weather, I put double , sometimes triple glazing on the old bonds to keep warm in my freezing garage , double gloves , great idea from Jang, he loves his fish 🐠🐠🐠🐠 n chips 😂😂👍💪
How these builders tolerate the outside conditions I will probably never understand, respect
tis the season. Good to see you cracking on in this, we are on footings at the moment. well more a moat.
You make this look so easy!
I noticed two Rose trowels in the video best trail made made in the US of a one of the main trails us bricklayers used I've been using one for 20 years
Rose are the business best about for me.
The finest work I have seen in the world.. I'm iraq
Love it
thoughts on adding sbr to mortar to enhance strength and water resistance? I'm thinking specifically for a retaining wall.
Great job in a muddy mess. Sometimes you just gotta go with it!!!
An excellent video stu well done and keep up the good work 👌😊👍🏻👌😁
I really love your skill .
Feel for you and the lads Stu working in these conditions. But as usual a pro job👍👍👍
For a second I thought you were crying in the rain but I was wrong you sniffling. You need some Irish coffee to cheer you up and keep you warm 🤗
nice workman ship
watching Stu’s brickwork is how i meditate
Where are you from ?
Браво Мр Кромптон!
Proper mans trowel, w rose with the cork handle. Proper chap!
Have to say though, that go pro view is giving me a bit of motion sickness
Work hard and starve trowels, W H S took some beating for cutting bricks. You can't tap the bricks with the handle because of metal washer would mark the bricks.
Grand standard of work as usual lads
Make it look so easy.
hello from Greece very nice 😊.
Cheers Stu .
Beautiful
Os caras são bons! 🇧🇷
КАК ВСЕГДА КРУТО НОРМАЛЬНО ДЕНЬ УДАЛСЯ УДАЧИ🤝👌👉
Complimenti form italy
How do you judge the gaps between the bricks, and match the spacing of the blocks to the brick? Is there a formula for working out how long a wall should be to use whole blocks and bricks. Love the skill shown, the attention to detail. I would live to build my own extension, can do everything else but not done foundations or wall building. Will do though😎😎
Usually the plans take into account the bricks, if not, cut one and continue on.
Nice one stew
Can't bate the sound of broken bricks in the mixer to clean it! Home time!
So how many rows do you go up before the weight of the bricks becomes too much for the uncured mortar?
The boss is back
New trowel fella
Good!
Do you build wood burning fireplaces
Hi Stu, nice work, what do you fill those retaining wall blocks with, concrete?
Is that pjanno by Eric prydz at 5:40
Seeing the tongue on your boots stick out like that gives me flashbacks to concrete demo days when i'd be emptying my boots every 30 minutes from little rocks that somehow came through the lace holes. You must be lugging around a pound of mortar/sand in there by days end hahaha. Hi from NYC, love your vids, and your crew.
Quetta bond not used, is split the correct way
Stu are you using the cork handle wrose trowel? How do you find it? I have the leather and the grey durasoft style handle but am contemplating getting a cork one to try out?
Laik your bisness I'm your fane
Как сделать такой же раствор?
One more thing how does the cork handle fill in your hand I mainly use either the plastic or the leather handle I was just wondering how the cork is
What make is the New trowel Stu It looks Lovely Mate 👍 Great work Stu 👍👍
Раствор хороший ,как суфле .
You went out and got you a rose
Your trowel 😍hope to get it from you 😅😅
Вподобайка 👍👍👍
Looking for some opinions. Just bought a house, garden wall is 4 inch block work, 8 ft high, has no footings. The block work actually starts on mud at ground level. It's out of plumb by 40mm and clearly leaning. I'm thinking of underpinning it and trying to plumb it up using a few posts pulling the wall plumb with ratchets while underpinning when formwork is poured. Anyone else had any experience with this?
👍
and them wire cuts make sure all laid right way down ????
I have a question: does your back hurt after a job like this?
Lmfao in background!
I need more information about this type of bricks . Please help me
Gloves? Come on! Soft hands😁
No, just brains.
Nice one Stu, good to see you onsite. Is there a common practice for a retaining wall or do you work from a design?
we do have drawings mate but common pracice on how much its retaining and the height, always better to be on the safe side
@@Stucrompton1 is it £8 per brick u do
Not your usual mix Stu? Looks a lot wetter
best laying i seen but not hit or heeling the level stu ......
Party Rock Anthem By LMFAO!
give the kid some work wont be cold then
👍👍👍
is that a 33/11 trowel? dont see many using those
I think it’s a W.rose narrow London 11 inch
Bit of a tip for Jang, put some thin rubber gloves on first and then two layers of gloves on top, it stopes the wind getting to your hands.
soup of the day is?
New trowel stu ? 👌 what make ? Wooden handle to 🤔👍
Cork handle W Rose narrow London by the looks
@@lmilne4859 nice 👌 can't beat the London trowel 🤪👍👌
Any jobs going stu......irish man in new york ....
New trowel ? Looks like a W.rose narrow London 11 inch , am I right
Looked like a London 11-31 trowel by Marshall Town.
@@user-gk8vb6dl9l nah definitely w.rose . At one point you can see the cork handle and also there was no guard around the shank .
@@nannasfeet maybe so , time will tell, I'm a big fan of the London.
I learnt to set with one in college and have stayed with that type since 2002.
It's not very popular.
@@user-gk8vb6dl9l it’s extremely popular on the western part of USA. I personally like it
@@user-gk8vb6dl9l yes everybody seems to buy Marshalltown Philadelphia 11 , I have a fair few trowels , most are Tyzack but I have ordered a while ago a W.rose 10.5 narrow London pattern, so will see how that goes . I did buy an Ox 11 inch London but it’s very heavy and the handle is a bit wide for me , I did cut it down a bit, but I just don’t like it . I will probably give that one away lol . Have a good day mate , good to talk to you 🍻
You changed your trowel?
viva la jang
Put Charlie to shame.... Real men real work!!

Hello парни! Вас не заставляют маски 😷 одевать?
А на фига они керамзитоблоки к верх ногами ложат, и потом ещё пустоты заделывают???
