The Drum Brakes on my Astro Van Has been locking up for far too long, let's fix it

I am so satisfied that I finally fixed the vans drum brakes from locking up. The problem has been in front of my face since day one, but I tend to ignore things that are right in front of me.

There is a diff from a 2004 Astro that has Disc brakes at my picknpull I was contemplating on getting instead, but I couldn't justify the cost at this moment.
They also sell disk brake conversions but I think it was pretty expensive.

if you need a bolt to take off the drum brake like my 2001 prius use the hood bolt. at least that is what i could use to take the drum off
