Le Juste Debout est une rencontre internationale de danses Hip Hop dites « debout », qui réunit plus de 4 000 danseurs, sélectionnés après une tournée internationale de 3 mois.

Much respect to Tony and Jay, but Cio and Masato were looking more as a whole here, more solid as a team. The age of Tony and the mastercraft of Jay played the role here.

Tony gogo已經是64歲的阿公了，雖然體力有點太爛，姿勢也全部跑掉不標準，但看在年紀的份上還是給他鼓勵，這場完全靠肖杰carry~

其實這兩場儘管耗費了祖師爺很多體力，他姿勢卻完全沒有變形，所以說姿勢不標準有點不對，tony也只是做了一些省體力的律動，反正裁判照樣買單，因為祖師爺跳的東西一定funky，不完全是靠肖杰hold全場。不過我認為肖杰第二局真的是全場最佳，是整場比賽的高潮
其实姿势没有跑，没有他那么长的舞龄，根本做不出tony gogo的感觉

What's the definition of locking? Like I know there's no set definition but what differentiates it from Hip Hop or House for example.
Moves, Style, Song and Vibe
They're all completely different dances
their move. Same as hip hop, locking have many set of move and in battle you will choose the most appropriate move to fit the song and that's it. That's why most of the time you see them twirl, clap, point and lock. And they have power move or ground move like alpha kick, knee drop, dolphin dive, ariel and so on.
It's basically still under street dance (street dance basic applies), but I'd say the vibe is different. Try and take few classes of different ganre and style, you will know it. There's a few basics and guideline of course, but in the end it's how you make out of the style. There's military locking, very aggressive locking, which constantly blast explosive moves, and some very groovy locking which focus on rhythm and feeling.
