I used to think she's 'different'.
She's not different, this is what honesty looks like. And I love it.
Then you should be a lousy musician, and get on stage, and I’ll leave the show, because you suck.
she's super beautiful, and just so wonderfully weird,
The madder she appears, the more compelling I find her to watch ... and she's waaaay down the rabbit hole in this beautiful performance...
I love how she just stares at the audience 😂 Bless her. Also, The Barrel is the best song of 2019.
She embodies, emotes and expressises every nighmarish, schizophenic moment I've ever felt in my life....... and I love her for it!
Go to a psychiatrist and ask why you think this is music. There is no substance here. Poseur no talent
@@lynni3nyc863 The comment was about the act and the message it conveyed, the music is just a small part of the act. The fact that the artist gets such immediate reaction demonstrates that the act is powerful in sum. Led zep and Dolly Parton had an act to go with the music, don't you think?
@@lynni3nyc863 • Well, many people will have to go to a psychiatrist, some because we like Aldous's music and others because they don't. In the second case, I wonder what you're doing here (it's irony, I'm not interested at all)! 😉
just saying... with 'schizophrenic' meaning literally "split-minded", i see it as quite the opposite; she is demonstrating every personal persuasion of personality freely -all quite integrated among any others.. flowing in tandem... and quite beautifully in my eyes. & i love her for it too !
Yes, but I can respect them as artists. This is just BS posing, there is no craft in her posing.@@LucasRichardStephens
She’s one of the best artist I’ve ever heard...
She is incredible. Beautiful songs and super weird captivating stage performances, what more could you ask for. Thank you for sharing!
This girl ALWAYS makes me smile.
i'm in love with her. i just can't deny it.
She's freakin weird....in the best way possible ❤️
Such a strange and wonderful creature. I love her to bits!😎
the Barrel is my very favorite song of 2019
Same
same!!!!
Me too
I like the Hunter too.
@@warren52nz
Such an odd stage presence. Love it.
It takes courage to be this honest in a performance and to hold nothing back. She's incredible.
Its a stage act for marketing purposes
Junctionfilms Idk how accurate it is when you start guessing at the motive.. although I doubt anyone involved would say they aren’t interested in payment and recognition. Aldous has said in interviews that she doesn’t “keep it real”; it’s an act, and it’s a show.
@@simgrmemaj8075 yea, I think at some point, it has to be an "act" when you have to perform all the time, though also, there is probably an element of "truth" to the character - but personally, I think it can be a little disingenuous to make such an 'act' for no reason . . . and comes across as slightly self-important or attention seeking. :-)
@@junctionfilms6348 no, its Art. But real art!
@@jameschoice3983 seems like horrendously disingenuous gimmicks and over the top 'weirdness' to overcover very mediocre music but that's just my humble opinion.
Thanks for this. Just saw her live for the first time three days ago in a much more intimate venue and I am still processing it. Amazing show. What a unique performer.
Insanely rich, adventurous, explorative and courageous. I don't know what it is but I like it a lot.
So much space. Peaceful, assured, healing. Look at all the peaches indeed people.
Better than drugs. And free!
Although I’m a wee buzzed watching Aldous right now myself lol
I ❤️ eccentric women like her something fierce ❤️🤘👾😘😘
What an excelent performance!
Amazing , unconventional, woman.
She's got it!
I saw her in a Seattle a little while ago. An absolutely stunning performance. Captivating. I highly recommend anyone take the opportunity to see her, should she come to your town.
She is a goddess!
SHE IS WONDERFUL.
I LOVE HER. ❤❤❤
I love how expressive she is during her live performances. It really adds that extra spice to the lyrics.
The lucidity in her art makes me quiver in awe
She is the sister I never had.
Dan McKinney she is the sister I always wanted.
i can't imagine . how cool would that be
Her face is saying I'm bout to punch you in the face with my music, fight me
I don't think it's weird, it's beautiful ❤️
I'm so much more at home with her than the so called 'normies'
Love all her original songs but was also great to hear one of my favourite Gerry Rafferty songs in this set. Hanging out to see Aldous live, that stare looks like something else!
She embodies that which is true creativity...
i find myself loving Treasure the most 💜❤
It's my favorite song on the new album
It's beautiful, but I can't help it, she cracks me up. She has a Bowie quality about her.
Definitely. She's like a mix of David Bowie, Anne Briggs, Kate Bush, and P. J. Harvey, but she's still uniquely herself.
@@EitherEndofAugust • Wow, fantastic mix! ✨️👍🏼
I love her so much! thank you for posting this
her tendency to move and emote as though possessed during performances just further proves my theory that she is a microphone for the gods.
FASCINATING!
What an angel!
wow thanks for the upload
THANK YOU for this. She is showing us new ways; not everybody ready...
No jokes for Aldous in between songs just down to business. What an amazing artist.
Oh my, that Right Down the Line has to become a new found modern classic; Aldous just totally rocks it, what a tone, what a vibe...unbelievable performance...spine tingling stuff.
Gracias por subir este material!!! La descubrí hace poco a la Aldous. Y me puso muy feliz que aún hay artistas verdaderos.
thanx for the vid.. saw her last night in Sydney..just WOW!
Mimicking the sound of the music with her face like a mirror!
She’s cute. Her music is lovely.
Facial expressions don’t seem to mimic any recognisable emotion, she just pulls her face into weirdness.........so fascinating.
Wooooooow! That cover is aweeeeesome!
Thanks so much for this...
Lovely lovely
She's great !
Thank you sooo much @Miguel Neves for filming this !!
thank you for this
I MUST MEET YOU ONE DAY! You are magnificent! May you live a long, happy life of good health and magical experiences! BLESS YOU, ALWAYS!

At last, a Kiwi star of true originality and talent! Go, Aldous! And don't let mediocrities attach themselves to you and milk you dry.
her music touches my soul
Love this!
THE EYES! AMAZING!
Thank you Miguel
love love love
Need a studio version of Old Peel ASAP... but I'll wait patiently.
O M G I love her.
Mad as a box of frogs, love it!
I am in love
Adorava ter ido ao Primavera, em grande parte para a ver. Infelizmente não deu, obrigado pela partilha!
Old Peel is so good - need a studio version of it soon
Really no comments about that Gerry Rafferty cover? That was crazy
crazy awesome, I mean a Gerry Rafferty cover live in 2019, in Portugal, FTW
Hells bells! WOw!

gerry rafferty it is fine. my favorite? Graham coxon
Super dope!
Awesome!
The Barrel and Blend are amazing songs... It takes a special kind of music to get me to obssess like that...
Can't wait to see you performe at Hansa 39. in Munich tonight.. LOVE MARC ❤️ 🎸...
Love you🙏🏻
Really impressive how the band held it together and just carried on without getting their proverbial knickers knotted.
Great performance. So funny when she smashes her cup and she's looking for something else to hit but they all carry on like pros. The band are great too 💚 Can't wait to see her live some day
She is some craic!
the bass line to the firs song its so cool bro
This is the kind of creativity that scares the weak minded. I wish I was stranded somewhere with her and a couple of guitars.
Wankeroo by name, wankeroo by comment
@@ecinrm86 Was just about to respond the same thing hahaha
Beam me up softboi
I know exactly what you mean
Old peel is wonderful!
she creeps me out.....in a good way.
I actually think she makes alot of her faces bc she is so fuckin GORGEOUS and she does not want her beauty to be her attraction, so she wrecks it with her expressions lol...also I mean WHO can take their eyes off her??
Queria muito ter ido. 😢
She is my favorite human
There are some real show-stopping Vegas-style numbers in here.
I adore this woman,🤍
Anyone remember The Cranes? From the late nineteen eighties, early nineteen nineties. She reminds me of them, quite a bit. Their music was very ethereal, strange, other worldly, romantic, melancholic, sad and beautiful. Rather like Aldous Harding! I think their singer was called Alison. I forgot her surname! 😜
@@CelineOracle I have known only two people who ever heard their music, and I am one of them.
The singers name was Alison Shaw.
@@CloneDaddy make that three. :P
CloneDaddy cool user name there CloneDaddy 😎🤘👾
You nailed it. I also get Gruff Rhys/Pale Saints/a little Goldfrapp, all fine
I love her ! It's clear that they are several inside her head :) but I love her !
Interesting! She doesn’t work in this normal concert environment but put her in an intimate small theatre or club then it’s POW!
She broke the camera, early on. What a presence!
espectáculo... mesmo
Aldous, you're the greatest dancer, a true interpret of feelings
Performance, trance, or just high as a kite? I'm not sure.... but she still plays immaculately whatever it is...
adorei esta mulher melhor teria sido en sala de concerto mas foi muito bom no porto
Для меня эта актрисса - открытие. Как не пытался переключиться, - Неполучилось))
I really enjoy the song Pilot because it's so true.. everytime I look at her I see the lyrics
The barrel reminds me of early bowie very good, I wonder what shes like to work with.
I love the last song. Is that going to be on a new album?
she's like a Queen of a deserted island. strength and poise but in her own world and of nothing. or maybe some muppets. she'd look great surrounded by muppets
Ardous,I do love your work. You so remind me of me.I am not being conceited.I got spiked. You have not had a blood transfusion recently have you?I am Indian descent and you could almost be a younger sister. God Bless .Kindest Regards.V France
yay
She's selling weird.
Same producer as P.J. Harvey.
It's clever marketing. She was far less affected in her early days, as was Sia.
It's ok though. All of them have amazing musical talent to share and if high dramatization of their quirks get them noted then go ahead!
The Barrel made me addicted to her so it obviously works!
Her expressions remind me of a Ween show.
Ryan, I was just thinking this!!
She's definitely brown.
I wonder if they know she escaped yet?
A lot of posing going on.
That's some intense stare LOL
nice
