It’s not the girl who’s in danger, but it’s bts members who are in danger (they’re telling themselves that they’re in danger because of the girl). Basically the girl is dangerous to them because she’s playing with their feelings and it’s hurting and confusing them.

This song aged VERY well for me, but then again I like music from 70's to BTS + new solos by the members. I think the best way to judge their music is to listen to how AMAZING their mixing of genres has always been. This is a prime example of how crazy good the guitar is mixed with hip hop. Many artists try but doesn't hit as well as BTS and a few others. Also it is inspiring to SEE and HEAR the top tier QUALITY they created with the resources they had back then. Again, other "artists" can't marry video + music to this level even when they are BIG in the industry. BTS has never stopped even if you're not a fan of the style of music, thanks for reacting anyway 💜

Lo is absolutely right. Saying that this music is "Disney-like" (although I don't see that, personally) or older hip hop, etc. isn't necessarily a problem. You have to remember that these guys debuted 11 years ago. The problem is when people judge them for this in today's terms at the age they are now, and then they are disrespectful. Lo is doing a great job explaining how to understand the history and growth of BTS.

I am 53 and this is a certified banger! BTS music appeals to me with all the genres they create music in. And I’m a loud & proud army for life.
Danger is from their 1st full length album, Dark & Wild. Which is considered a seminal album for ARMY. Many consider it their best album. Danger is the title track but, honestly, there are better songs on it. Rain (it’s considered to be the BEST song on the album), Cypher 3:Killer-one of the best of the rap line, Look Here which contains a fun rap by RM, and Hip Hop Phile which is an homage to the rapline’s best-loved rappers.
As someone said, this song is one of their coming-of-age songs. It was considered a failure as it got no love from kpop fans when released. There’s another mv with an alternative version with the composer that is 🔥🔥🔥
I will have to respectfully disagree about the “there are better songs”, while I do agree there are at lot amazing songs on the album, like you mentioned. Danger is so underrated, such a great song. However I do realize this is my personal taste.

Danger is such a banger!! One of my absolute favorites. It is okay that it isn’t for you, we all have our own preferences. I am sure you will like other songs on the Dark & Wild album that have more vocals.
Jin is more in the back because he literally learned how to sing while joining BTS and also the oldest and I they were trying to figure out where he fits (this is just my opinion but I think Jin also did have to start growing more confidence in his voice in their earlier days). I personally love his voice and think it is underrated. Over the years though he has gotten more parts and the lines in music have gotten distributed more evenly. However they still do what they think is best for the song.
Edit: I think it is important to note that the whole bad boy thing that as very popular in BTS earlier years (like in kdramas and stuff).

I have to respectfully disagree. I don't see the Disney picture you see. I hear rock as well as rap and I think it aged pretty well. I really like this song. If you like choreography, you might want to check out the Danger dance practice.
