माननीय न्यायाधीश महोदय ने बहुत ही उमदह और सही फ़रमाया है
ये सब में कोर्ट की भी गलती है। इन्हे सबसे पहले सरकार को ऑर्डर देना चाहिए कि ऐसे जितने मामले हैं उन्हे एक फिक्स समय में पूरे राज्य में क्लियर करें और सचिव ये सुनिश्चित करें कि ऐसे कोई मामले मेरे पास नहीं आएं।
जनता के धन का उपयोग करके सरकार मे मनमानी और निम्न स्तर के कर्मचारियों का शोषण कर रहे हैं ऐसे अधिकारी।
वकील साहब ने दो तीन बार financial loss की बात की पर माननीय जज साहब शायद ध्यान नही दे पाये, सेलरी का अन्तर तो विभाग ने दे दिया पर 14 साल बाद, क्या अन्तर पर कोई ब्याज दिया गया क्योकि आप 14 साल बाद अगर पुरानी पेमेन्ट कर रहे हो तो बगैर ब्याज के बेमतलब है साथ ही Panelty भी impose होनी चाहिये...
बेचारा वो क्लर्क, जिसे कमिश्नर ने अपनी गलती से बचने के लिए लपेट लिया ।

इसकी पहले जो ऑफिसर थे, उनको भी नोटिस होना चाहिए, एक्शन भी होना चाहिए।
