I LOVE Vince's love for Synths
Deefex dB and actually he's able to make really beautiful music with his synthesizers... not empty and dumb boom boom boom....))
You mean synfersizers,,,😂
I love your love for Vince's love for synths.
Erasure are superb
Love you guys ✌🇨🇦
Gareth Jones and Vince Clarke are wonderful producers that I consider must continue the essence of Erasure. A Minimalist Sound Is Great No Need More!!!
Great Album Erasure ! Poland Love You ;-)
I've been listening to this album again recently, I liked it when it was first released but I think it's even better now. I love the sound, the production from Frankmusik is very good.
Love you guys always & forever! Thank you! xxx
I love this cd! Great songs. Erasure is awesome
I didn't realize this was so long , Excellent ✌🇨🇦
erasure are great
Just saw Andy and Vince live in Salt Lake City and it was utterly, utterly wonderful. The best concert I've seen in a long time. Love from SLC!!
I think it's the best thing they've done in ages. Not a weak song on the album. Been listening to Depeche/Yazoo/Erasure for 30 years. I'd lost faith recently but this album made me believe again. Just brilliant. There's a real confidence and attitude here that had been missing for a while....
the album was released recently in the Uk and tomorrow 09/09/2011 in the States I believe. They've been touring around South America, and came to Peru (their second visit). I appreciate the fact that they played in Peru back in the early 90's when things weren't so great down here --- I first heard Erasure back when I was 8 or 9 yrs old, but truly got captured by their sound when "The Innocents" came out. That album made me a fan (I think I was 12 or 11 when it came out).
Los mejores ayer ahora mañána y siempre Argentina los amaaaaaaa
WONDERFUL piece of video. Just saw them in San Diego, and they were fantastic !!!! Andy looks so amazing and healthy. Can't wait for the album to be releaed so I can hear all the songs.
I love erasure and i'm 16. I grew up listening to them and will probably never stopped. Yes, Andy does use auto tune but he can sing as I have seen him live. I do prefer his older songs but i'm glad he brought out a 'new' album
I've seen them 6 times, but I'm 46.first time in 1988 in Glasgow.the Innocent s tour.stick with them.😊
Great Vince and Andy Bell
I've never known Vince to be so accepting of releasing total control.
The album is not out yet and I already have a favorite song!!
Freaking awesome
Earned your stripes a long time ago ;-))) Great to hear Erasure talking about the album and can't wait to see them in a few weeks!!
(...) Then I heard "Wonderland" and "The Circus" --- a couple of years after their release - and I was completely impressed, being still a young teenager back then, I don't think I had felt the music before as much as I did with those three albums. I would literally get goose-bumps by listening to Erasure. When "Wild" and "Chorus" came out the feeling was the same; those albums where in my opinion the best from them. "I Say,I Say; I say" was not my favorite album when released ...
Very Nice.!!!.
Poetic synth
Congrats are in order!
@Ranlon I was thinking that for quite a long time until I heard this album!
I would love to see another yazoo album
(...) but "Always" was indeed a great track. The "Eponymous" Erasure Album (1995) I discovered it had been released by pure coincidence, when I walked into a Record store down here in Peru. Not much publicity - if any- for that album, but still I bought it right away, and I had to give it various listens in order to process it; it was Erasure being "experimental" if you will, but it was a fine record. Their released Cowboy and Loveboat years later, which I neither liked or disliked.
The relationship between Clarke and Bell seems alot warmer and nice than that between the Depeche Mode members.
Vebinz FRIENDS Depeche Mode is dead since the break with Alan Wilder
Vebinz absolutely, it's special feeling when watching them together and it doesn't look like pretending... respect and delicacy in everything, many people/groups need the receipt of this "pie"))
@@CAC2024USA what blasphemy!
Actually Vince has always stayed friends with Fletch, they were childhood friends.
@@apollozero
I'm sure, but I was referring to the relationship amongst Depeche Mode members.
Holy crap where can I get Andy's jacket?! That thing is awesome!
Please do Whole Lot Of Love and Fill Us WIth Fire as singles...
Love You guys ♥
Hello my friends coud you being some of your music from the 80's please Ilove all your music thanks
Очень-очень соболезную. Энди такое чудесное чудо.. Было. У Винса глаза измученного человека, впрочем, как и у Кларка.
They said they wrote a lot more songs than they needed for this album. If that's the case, why did they only put 9 songs on the album totalling just over 32 minutes of listening?
Nightbird brought them back to my attention, basically because their essence had returned I felt the same when I listened to the that album as I did back when I first discovered Erasure back in my early teens ... This was the last album I bought from them. I just finished listening to "Tomorrow's World" ... I really don't like it. Maybe commercially you guys needed to somehow keep it fresh, but I really don't think it worked out all that well here; Andy's voice is great (...)
i totally agree with last comments about new erasure album...it wont definitely bring new erasure fans and as a long time fan of this band i must say that their new songs are nowhere near to their tunes from 80´s/90´s...my personal favorite albums are cowboy, i say i say i say and chorus...well as one song goes.."times they are changing"
Wow.whats the second track?amazing!
Vince's famous electronic wooden cottage has appeared for a few times in various documentaries :) Is it in England or the States?
Its in the states. Somewhere in Maine.
He moved it to NYC shortly after Maine. I can definitely see why, not a whole lot going on in Maine as far as gay pop music creation goes. Not many people or much warm weather either. Vince is a city boy I think who wanted a break and it turned out to be a bit to isolating in Maine.
Vince is straight.
I guess they removed the wrong songs from the album :/ If i haven't seen the video i would never say that this was Erasure . I only like to hear Vince's work if i'm being totally honest.
Anyways im sure they gave their best and toke the chance of re-inventing them selves. It's hard to do that when most of the music industry mimics what you do i guess :)
Cheer's everyone
when new álbum 2017
that's right and Frank works too much on Andy Bells Voice, sounds to technically
Who the hell put autotune on Andy's vocal?...get my gun! What was he hoping to gain from that?
I have a sneaking suspicion that the whole ting may have been dumped into Pro Tools for production and that is where the "too modern/too digital/too perfect" sound comes from, just guessing.
I like erasure very enormously, they said as it before, with the 'Nightbird' record returned at their beginnings; in 2007 with “Light AT The End OF The World” they continued very well, but this time it seems to me that they were let take by a style that does not go with the one of you. I was waiting for much this new album but lamentably I am disappointed it listens to when it.
frankmusic is a terrible producer because its music is poor.
frankmusic was not the best choice for this album. It is too noisy and loud.
(...) but all that modern-day paraphernalia ... it just does not work, and I don't think you guys even needed to resort to it in the first place, I don't even think this album will win you any "new" fans, I seriously doubt it, since your basically sounding like any other "discard-able" electro - pop band ... ( I think I wrote to much already --- sorry for my English) There are a few descent song on the new album, but non of then really stand out, it was a crime to mess with Andy's
The Album is the poorest thing i ever expected from Erasure.Frank Music sucks.
The songs in this video are a lacklustre pile of shite and Im a big Erasure fan, this is IMO a million miles away from Vince's writing style so I think Andy Bell has written the lyrics to these and failed miserably
Move on Vince, this band is scraping the barrel
