  • IN This video we explain transformer size selection according to load
    Its very important to select correct ratting transformer according to load, so for this calculation we should use correct calculation
    So in this video we explain calculation with load factor, and diversity factor and calculate correct ratting transformer
    We also explain load factor and diversity factor and different ratting according to load

    Sir your all video are realy easy to understand and as we know the formula of Kva= √ 3VI/1000 but you calculated by formula Kva= √ 3VI/1000xpf . I didn't understand this formula can you please guide me.

      He calculated the kVA considering lagging power factor of 0.8. If the kVA is calculated without considering pf, then after calculating kVA , the result will be divided by pf again to find the size for Transformer.

After this you will have to calculate SC current and if the Voltage drop is within Allowable voltage drop limit But you explained basics in very easy and good way. Ek question hai...
    For example
    Agar ham wind turbaine k jariye electricity paida kr rhe ho...
    Or hame wo domestic use k liye chahiye.
    Or wind to continue same speed se nhi hogi...
    To current me divertion hota rhega..
    To waha pe 220 v constant lane k liye konsa transformer use 4 chahiye?.
    Pls sugeeset me .
    Or kya jo power milegi use battery me store krna ho to battery ki capacity kitni honi chahiye??

    • @CodingChair
      @CodingChair Před 4 lety

      For better and constant output electronic ckts are being use like AVR's.
      Battery capacity depends upon either your max generation or as per your load.
      First thing you must being very clear about your System Design.

    Dear sir why include pf in KVA rating if we include pf then output is KW not a KVA.
    Design of transformer manufacture not know which type connect output load like resistive, inductive or capacive after connect load then deside power factor, resistive load power factor unity, inductive load lagging , and capcitive load leading power factor.
    (Please clear my dought why include pf in KVA thank you)

    Total current = 175 Amps.
    Are All devices single phase?
    If yes!
    Then 175/3= 59 Amps
    Now for kvA calculation
    KvA =√3 V(L-L)x I (phase)/1000.
    Am I right ??
