This is a reimagining of the first MediEvil but I really didn't find it as memorable. This credits theme played by the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra is really nice though, beautiful composition.

Putting this in the pools of the ancient dead was strange, yet, if you account that stage’s context to the game & Dan, it makes it rather melancholic.

This is a remade from the Medievil 2 credit soundtrack. It feels dream-like, but also sad.

This kinda sounds like "GUILLAUME DE MACHAUT: De Fortune Me Doi Plaindre Et Loer (Ballade 23)" like at 2:20 it reminds me of an orchestral version of the opening to the other piece. not entirely but similar i guess
