Laura talks way too much and doesnt know how to watch a fight. She definitely puts it on too thick, we don't need coaching during a commentary session and Paul and her were so bias to all the favourites, it was a rough day at the office. Let the fights breathe.
Laura Sanko is one of the better commentators. She understands the positions, what fighters need to do to improve positions, and communicates clearly. I don't understand the "Megan Olivi blows her out of the water" comments as she doesn't call fights, she discusses fighters' background as they walk out and does fighter interviews, Sanko calls fights.

Jamie Varner: Laura's commentating is better than most of the "top level" commentators, like the biased Cormier and Rogan, who drone on through action and don't even change what they are saying based on how the fight is actually going, but due to their biases. She actually watches the fight and makes good observations. I don't have a problem with a woman who hasn't got a 20-3 record in MMA commentating when she clearly does know what she is talking about. How about stay in your lane Jamie? Just be a forgotten nobody that rode into the sunset many years ago. Varner should question what Charly and the other women who are obviously just beauty hires are doing on a UFC broadcast, but not Laura.

Sanko is a decent commentator lmao has this guy seen the rest of the commentary team? DC is usually too busy eating or bringing up completely unrelated topics, Rogan is yeeted out of his mind half the time and glazing guard pullers, Dominick Cruz is too busy trying to see 300 moves into the future and predict the outcome of the fight that he misses the fight playing out in front of him. I think Sanko and Anik are genuinely some of the better commentators in the game rn even tho theyre not perfect. Holly holm doesnt have any personality shed make a terrible commentator (same with 99% of current or past ufc fighters).
Rogan and DC have great insights what are you on about. DC is a former double champ and knows what he's talking about and Joe has trained and competed in martial arts and has been following the sport since the beginning. I agree about Cruz though.

Sanko just needs to settle in more. She's knowledgeable enough, but a little too eager. She's pretty, that said her voice isn't really radio friendly. She's got to find a better delivery in her commenting, rather than it sounding like hanging with friends at a bar.
