One of our favorites: The Tugboat. We go at least twice each year. Also Robinson’s Wharf in Southport.
I've never eaten at the Tug Boat, but LOVE Robinsons Wharf. Thanks for watching.
This was the last time there with my late husband. We stayed extra days , just couldn't get enough of Maine. How i loved our adventure from Massachusetts. Thank you for thoes shots of the harbor and the foot bridge!
You are welcome and I am sorry for your loss.
I have not been to Boothbay Harbor.
I drove out to Harpswell - Bailey Island once, and I did drive a bit down Route 27 before turning back.
All of these Maine peninsulas and islands are a bit a ways from U.S. Route 1.
I frequented Boothbay Harbor around 2005-2007. I fell in love with it the first time I was there. One of my favorite places was at the time named "Knot Gray's Warf." I still have a T-shirt somewhere around here. I was planning a trip back and it seems the place has changed hands at least once since then. I cannot wait to get back to Boothbay Harbor!
I hope you can make it back next year. There is nothing like an 75 degree day in Boothbay Harbor in May.
Boothbay Harbor, for us is a definite 'let's go back to vacation", We enjoyed ourselves at the Cabbage Island Clambake and most favorite tasty breakfast was definitely at Kelly's Cafe! Loved the Mid boast Botanical Gardens. We've come up from Portland to Bar Harbor and Boothbay Harbor has the Best prices for t-shirts, jackets....if your looking!
I don't recall ever going to Cabbage Island? Hmmmm, thank-you, will have to put that on next summers agenda. Decades ago I worked for a company that would send me to BBH on a regular basis. Winter is dismal there, but, you can park anyplace you like.
I stuck my head in that stone, bub.
Me, too 😜
Have a nice botanical garden and a nice drive by waterfront with beautiful homes / if u are looking for cheap T-shirts & coffee mugs go no further
Well said. Thank you for watching.
Blue Moon Cafe is awesome!!
I couldn’t agree more. Thank you for watching.
Need information on hotels
The best place for Hotel/Motel advice is on Yelp.com. Thanks for watching.
Lobster wharf I think kthats the name
I think you’re right.
The pizza place...go all the time there but do I remember the name? Nope!
The Boothbay House of pizza across from Hannaford’s, possibly? It’s been 12 years since I’ve been there. A Greek guy used to own it and his cooking was completely delicious.
@@YOUandMaine It's on the wharf, there is a small bar attached from it.
@@adriengogan1010 Must check that out. Thank-you.
@@adriengogan1010 pier one
Great place go there everytime I’m there
