i saw that your motherboard doesn't include the io shield behind your case you don't have to buy it but i recommend you do as it is cheap and prevent static discharge (plus it looks cool as your pc doesn't have a giant hole behind its back)

Just for u know, u did a really GOOD job! Ur R7 7800x 3d is actually the best processor for gaming at the moment. This processor can fit with an rtx 4090 with his 3d cache technology. Its just something that give u about 96 mb of L3 cache and thats... BIG! Probably for editing or 3d thing its not the best uk but for gaming u dont have better than that. Cuz the core and Thread are not very hight but u dont really need that for gaming, what u really need for gaming is L3 cache and thats what u have the most with 3d cache technology. That processor beat EVERY intel at gaming! Good job man, ur doing some insane vid dont stop ! 😁😁👍👍(im french dont hate my righting)

Hey zinky I currently have a i7 9700 + 4060 and I’m experiencing a issue where my cpu usage spikes to 100% and my gpu usage drops to 0% causing a big stutter for like a second or 2 then goes back to normal I wanted to ask you did you experience any issue like this ?
I’m actually planning to pick up a 7800X3D later Ross year for my 3080
Tip u could also play around with settings cuz some amd cpus run better with higher graphics
8:30 with fps that high uncapped or not will have no perceptual difference in response timing. the real reason people advise capped fps is for power consumption reasons.

very cool upgrade the 4060ti isint as bad as people say it has dlss 3.0 support and less powerdraw for the same performance as 3060ti so it is better
if i where you, i would move the rear fan on the cpu cooler to the front for more cold air for ur cpu and buy 2 fans for intake to ur pc, u have 2 exhaust fans.

Brother apart from the CPU bottleneck which was true the setup is pretty good and screw the haters with their cheap as builds. You got a new gen GPU that performed well and that’s all that matters. I went from a 3060ti to a 4070 and saw mad gains and I am happy with my upgrade. People will hate regardless but I’m sorted for a few years.

7800x3d is a very good gaming cpu but it hasn’t really got anything else going for it so for content creation which is why I’m going for a 7900x or 8000 series if there’s a good reason to with at least a 4070 super + or 7800xt at least

That happened to me aswell didnt know why it wasnt working but i didnt windows installed so i just a got a usb drive with windows and fixed it for 10 bucks

A tip for what? Waste money when he already got a proper case and cooler? Only thing he would really need to do is rotate the cooler 180 degrees and add few intake fans on the front of the case.
Leave fps uncapped bro. if you have Nvidia ON+ Boost, then you can watch some videos explaining to you how it works bc i cba but basically it just removes the problems with leaving it uncapped, it will give you more delay if you cap it

so i dont know if you play on 1080p or 1440p for gaming, but the 7800x3d is too weak for the 4060ti, partially because i only ran a test with my builds, and i took a bottleneck calculater and it was a 18.5 bottleneck, and it said that the cpu was too weak, so if you didnt know that, your welcome
also, u shoudve gotten a normal size motherboard for a full size/medium size case
look bro, all and all, it dosent matter with that 18% bottleneck, u get 800+ fps, thats all the matters
Don’t trust a bottleneck calculator, it gives you misinformation. The 7800x3d is powerful enough for a 4090 and soon to come 5090. Do your research about the 7800x3d before dissing on it.

The 7800x3d is the best cpu for gaming. CPU is the most important part for competitive games like Fortnite and it looks like you play those. The 4060 ti is a weak choice but whatever floats your boat. It seems the only brand you were looking were nvidia. Amd has a lot better price to performance. Just a consideration

Never buy amd if you play fortnite competitively. Performance mode is just completely broken, speaking as someone who owns a 6650xt, its unplayable on performance mode.

@@vfx.mercury Yes, a huge one tbh but that is not that bad because a GPU bottleneck is the optimal scenario for a PC. In gpu-heavy games hr is going to get his GPU's max and in CPU-heavy games his CPU will still be able to be used as much as needed.
