It has been several years since the first season was filmed though. I think the post filming production was particularly long partially due to the technology used for special effects.
Anyway, he’s older but he still feels very “Aang” in all of the most important ways. I have full confidence he can still pull off the part well & I’m glad they chose to time hop rather than recast the actor.
When puberty hits Gordon really hard and you hardly recognize his voice from him being a 12 year old kid 😂
