It’s ok, but this dude clears his throat, yawns and stretches during his speech. It’s a bit annoying. I’d have thought trying to be a good CZcamsr, one would certainly edit out the shit that’s not very professional sounding. I literally heard his voice go into a yawn in one story and then sounded like how you’d sound speaking as you’re taking a relaxing stretch. Ugh 🤦🏻♂️

Your voice is great, the stories are great, but the piano is so loud in the background. I’m having to turn it off half way through because it’s giving me a headache with it being loud then soft then loud then soft. Background music shouldn’t be louder than the speaker. Just keep it in the background, softer. Great concept though with the music, it adds depth to the stories.

Wow...the 2nd (3rd? 4th?Don't remember, but you'll know what I'm talking about) story. There was a previous tenant who'd lived there for 30 years, but the owner "kicked her out because he was afraid she'd die in there". The callousness of some people! How easy did the owner think it'd be for a senior citizen, late in their years, to both pack 30 years of their life into boxes, let alone find a home they can afford on a senior income? Unbelievable, yet also believable. Karma's gonna put a foot in that owner's booty one day...

Edit out your yawns, stutters, mispronounciations of words and redo this video. It’s not very professional to leave those mishaps in. It also distracts from the story because it’s like being all into the story and suddenly you back away from the mic to YAWN! 🤦🏻♂️ And the sniffling! Omg!
