Hmmm, I agree and I don't agree at the same time. Lisa was an unstable mother, and Ian is such a bad father that he somehow made all his 5 kids hate him. Phil is definitely an unfit parent, but I wouldn't be so quick to say that he's worse than Ian or Lisa (both of whom are known for making decisions of sheer stupidity).
