@Khadejia I grew up in Manny here in the UK and had an uncle that moved to Philadelphia when he was in his early 20s for a career in medicine, I stayed with him for 3 months during the end of 2011 after uni and I never walked around these parts of Philly at any point, especially Kensington, Allegheny Avenue and Frankford and a lot of inner city North Philly. I only drove through it to get to the safe suburb where he lived on the outskirts. Kensington does make Moss Side or places in London like Peckham, Tottenham and Harlesden look a lot nicer in comparison!
