Actually really enjoyed it, reminded a touch of some of their songs from Eclipse and ID! I feel like this song is a bit of “look we can still do literally all of the things we used to and we’ll write it because we want to” (but obviously I don’t know the inside of the band)

I'd like to recommend The Anchor - Miscreation. Think you boys might dig it.
It's a hard one to judge this one, first few times I heard it I loved it but now I am like yeah its alright but they have much better, still a good song to put on if your having a shit day and want to release the anger.
I wouldn’t jam this in the car, but I would love to see them perform this live. The musicianship is crazy good but the erratic structure is difficult to follow.
Also, does anyone else get Protest the Hero vibes with the time signature changes and eclectic riffs?

I can see both animals as leaders and Dillinger in here, but just like both of those two, as talented as they clearly are, I find this too chaotic and bewildering - I can't find anything in there to remember!

I am all for chaotic breaks in songs and fast riffs (AKA riffbush city limits - am i right johnny?)
BUT that just sounded like abit of a mess to me. There was not much contrast like their other tracks had and even vocals in this one were pretty 2D all way through.

Reading all the comments from all the reaction channels on this song, I feel like i'm the only one who didn't like this song. It just felt like a big mess like if you'd make a group chat with all your exes and asked them what you did wrong over the years 🤣. Viscera was the last single I enjoyed by VoM.
