Love the video😍 Just so that nobody freaks out, there is absolutely no way that your blood flow is compromised just by your head "dropping". Any disruption in your blood supply to the brain would be noticeable in the form of:
slurred speech.
sudden weakness in the limbs.
difficulty swallowing.
loss of balance or feeling unbalanced.
partial or complete loss of vision or double vision.
dizziness or a spinning sensation.
numbness or a tingling feeling.
confusion.
Oh I didnt say it's smth dangerous. If you are saying this for my commentary, you might understood it wrongly. I said when the back of the head drops over the time, it makes the oxygen harder to enter the brain as well as blood circulation. Massaging the back of the head like gently lifting it up helps to open the space between back of the head and neck. So that way it will be easier for oxygen and blood circulation to run better. Thats why in all massage places they massage back of the head like that
@@asmrtwix It probably means compression where the head meets the neck? Sometimes people experience a pinched nerve from neck compression, but there are also arteries there.

I think my preference in massage depends on my needs at the time. Gua sha feels more therapeutic. But sometimes human touch is most important.

I've always wandered how hard it must be to go to these places a have curly hair 3abc 4abc...
You'd definitely have to be prepared for a frizz fest afterwards! There's not even oil being used that would help.
You could always stretch your hair beforehand but this would cause a bunch of frizz
I have natural blonde type 3a curls, and I just always plan “wash day” for the day I receive the massage. I finger comb my hair before going in to try to avoid having knots and such, and then braid or bun it up before and after so the frizz isn’t too wild while I’m in public.
Usually though, since I’m in the US, I pay for the person to come to my place, which makes the process easier for me

Ive never had gua sha massage before. I would live to because i get frequent headaches especially in the summer with the humidity here.
They really need to offer this in the U.S. , although part of the relaxation is the calming voice.

My fave massage is those shampoo treatments, omg the bubbles make me so tingly. The hair masks are awesome too especially if its really squishy or they use a mousse or foam. I don't tend to get much ASMR from tools (Gua Sha) but they're still relaxing. Thankyou to Twix and her camera sister! (Can't wait for a new shampoo video!).
