    ✅ Ingredients according to addition

    1 cup warm water
    1 tablespoon yeast
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 cups flour
    2 tablespoons milk powder
    2 tablespoons starch
    1 tablespoon custard
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    ¼ teaspoon salt
    1 cup of warm water, which we add gradually while kneading
    ✅ To decorate
    Sugar and cinnamon
    Caramel sauce
    Nutella sauce
    Lotus sauce

    ✅ Steps to make Lokmat Al Qadhi according to the previous ingredients:
    ✅ To make the syrup:
    1. In a pot, put 2 cups of sugar and 1.5 cups of water.
    2. Place the pot on the fire without stirring.
    3. Leave the mixture until it boils.
    4. After boiling, add the juice of half a lemon and the cinnamon stick.
    5. Leave the ingredients for 7 minutes on low heat.
    6. Strain the liquid into a plate and leave it for later use.
    ✅ To prepare the dough:
    1. In a bowl, mix 1 cup warm water with 1 tablespoon yeast and 2 tablespoons sugar. Leave them for 10 minutes to ferment.
    2. Add 2 cups of flour, 2 tablespoons of milk powder, 2 tablespoons of starch, 1 tablespoon of custard, a teaspoon of baking powder, and a quarter teaspoon of salt. Stir the ingredients well.
    3. After 10 minutes of yeast reaction, add flour gradually while kneading.
    4. Continue kneading and gradually add 1 cup of warm water until you get the desired consistency.
    5. Leave the dough in a warm place until it doubles in size (about an hour).
    ✅ For stirring and frying:
    1. Test the dough and remove the air from it.
    2. Moisten a spoon with oil and put an amount of dough in the spoon.
    3. Leave it to set for half a minute before stirring.
    4. Stir the pieces constantly until they brown evenly.
    5. When it becomes light golden, take it out and leave it to cool.
    6. Fry the pieces again until they get a dark golden color.
    ✅ To apply:
    1. Arrange the pieces on a serving plate.
    2. You can add caramel, Nutella, or lotus sauce as desired.
    3. Sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon on top of the luqaimat.
