I actually did have the Cherry Red box set, but i traded it to my local record store when I found out about the BMG box set. Also, i never actually listed to the box set. Just a bit of Out Of The Cellar, which sounded a little boomy in my ears. So, i didn't bother to listen to the other cds. Not having the bonus discs isn't a deal-breaker. I have Spotify. Also, the compilation Tell All The World, which was put out by Atlantic/Rhino, has both Nobody Rides For Free and the Unplugged version of Way Cool Jr. I also like how the cds are housed in the second box. To me, digipacks are better to hold the cds than slip covers. Less likely to get them dirty or scratched removing them from their cases. I hope that BMG ventures into doing some box sets for ATCO artists like Loudness, Vanilla Fudge, Iron Butterfly, Vandenberg, and Blackfoot. Also, how about some sets for Atlantic artists like Winger, Kings X, Kix, and Zebra?
I wish they would include a booklet or insert in the new Ratt set like the latest dokken and Motley crue sets had, i will probably get the new set i like the cd cases better. Thanks for the great video
@@CrueLoaf - One of my friends who lives out here in Las Vegas is David Plastik, who was a rock photographer back in the day. They've used a lot of his pics in their booklets.
So I love RATT and I've been looking at these sets well mainly the 2nd one especially since the prices is good. I wish the EP was inclusive but whatever. I think I'm getting the 2nd set!! I've seen some simple sets for Dokken and Ozzy so I think thats what I'll get! I had all this and more mostly on cassette tape but I had a bunch of cds but I lost everything in '14 in a flood 😞 I listen to everything on Spotify and CZcams now but I really wanna have physical releases of what I love and I can't get out due to my handicap so online shopping is what I'm stuck with. I remember going to yard sales and pawnshops for amazing deals. Not anymore.
The more recent set should suit you fine. Most of the bonuses in the other set are throwaways anyway. Supposedly the EP will eventually get the rerelease treatment according to Stephen.

I love ratt there albums are great don't have a bad album at all

The Rock Candy remasters are the best sounding. They’ve really boosted the bass and they sound amazing.
