Alright 3rd and final comment, that was a beautiful cry at the end. Something so many of us who have served can relate to. That shit was healing to sit here and sob a bit to listening to Tacticians story. I'm glad he's in a better place, and hoo ya to anyone else who's pulled themselves out of that dark place. Threw this on while trying to rebuild my resume due to a dumb decision, now family is at risk and yes wife 1000% Immediately started supporting me emotionally & picking my ass back up. (sounding familiar) Anyhow threw this on as background noise & completely stopped doing everything and just sat listening & immediately revelations of well too much to list here. Maybe you 3 did or maybe didnt realize exactly what you were capturing here but guys... For 7 years ive been working 80+ weekly. Family time is scarce & every day as i head to work im fully aware of how much time, memories & mentoring im missing, yet its all we can do to scrape by. I can feel my body degrading my heart, harding becoming bitter. Sometimes, while making that daily commute, I may even find myself arguing & crying out in anger, pain & confusion on why am I called to take this burden? why cant you make it easier? How can I have time with my family and raise my kids up the way im called to do when i have to work every hour they are awake just to feed them? That ledge was looking so tempting. Like a desert mirage, a beautiful Oasis secretly cloaking a pit of vipers. Still have no idea how myself or the Father is going to fix this, but i guess we never do.
