How to Avoid Ruining an Acrylic Pour Swipe (Acrylic Pour Painting)

I know the title of the video sounds weird, but trust me I will tell you everything I did wrong and things you can avoid when you work on a swipe.
The colors were prepared 24 hours before I used them, I kept them open in the cups when I should have stored them in bottles. The consistency had to be on a little thinner side but they got thick over time.
Too much paint on the canvas - I did realize that I poured a little too much than the capacity of the canvas. Ideally, I should have titled the canvas horizontally on both sides to let go of extra paint.
Blobs - color blobs were created and were all over the canvas post-swipe due to which the color did not move swiftly on the canvas disturbing the composition.
So guys don't get stuck like me and end up ruining a good painting. Learn from my mistakes.
