Hello dear baking friends! In this video I show you how to prepare the perfect dough that is as light and fluffy as a cloud. Trust me, once you try this recipe, you'll never want to bake anything else again! 🌈🍞
Homemade baked goods, what could be tastier? Bread, pastries, all of that is on my channel.
Ingredients:
Flour - 560 grams.
Salt - 11 grams.
Sugar - 30 grams.
Dry yeast - 8 grams.
Warm water - 360ml
Olive oil - 20 ml.
For a golden brown crust:
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk.
For decoration.
Sesame (black or white).
