  • HOW TO LOAD & THROW AN EXTRA LARGE (10 Ft +) CAST NET
Learn how to throw a 10 or even 12 ft cast net! In this video we teach you how to throw a cast net using an over the shoulder technique 🥞 The main reason why we love throwing this method is you DO NOT put the cast net in your mouth or teeth 🥴 We hope you find this video helpful!

I love the fact that so many of your videos are educational. I would love to see you do one on how to save the life of a undersized or out of season fish pulled up from the bottom too fast. I know you have dehookers but I have never seen you use a venting tool. My wife and I would be willing to help if you would like.

You guys are awesome and inspiring, thanks for all the great content so far and all the tips and lessons, what you're doing is great.
Awesome pancakes! I watched the small net video and will be using it as instruction while practicing with my net ( 6ft). I'm a 5'10" man of considerable weight and decent strength, but after watching this I think I'm going to stick with small cast nets. I had a nice catch of fingerling mullet off a boat ramp and thought it was heavy and awkward, I cant imagine using a 10'+ net and pulling it into a boat filled with bait. I am right handed, but have found that I am ambidextrous with a variety of things, including cast nets, so a lefty video would be cool. Thanks much.

I know this is an older video but thank you for what you do... I love the fact that you guys are actually trying to teach! also I would like to give you a suggestion for a video something that I would thoroughly enjoy watching, is the different types of fish that are edible and what their actual names are for ocean fish. Some fish are known by several different names and what is sought after versus what is just edible... and maybe a little quick blurb on how to fish that particular fish.

Never ,ever, ever secure the Nets Main line around your wrist, secure it around your palm so that you can let it go should you throw the net over a big Manta Ray or Bull shark. 50 yrs ago I watch a friend drown in S.C. while we were casting for shrimp to sell on the side of the road. We always had the line tight around our wrists, he threw it over a big Ray, was jerked off the pair and drowned.

That's cool.. but, when the fish are there and you've already thrown... This method takes too long to load.. especially for mullet. I can load a net in less than 10 seconds... Don't take short cuts. Put the lead line in your mouth. Most versatile way to stay quiet and concealed.
