Thanks for checking it out! and thanks Kevan Kenny!
I know your probably sick of hearing this but is Rick Astley every going to cover all star lol.
You guys were great in Boise this summer. That sustained high note during Walking on the Sun was perfection. Amazing concert!
Did I just get un-Rick Rolled? I listed to a 13 min interview not to hear the song…that’s some bull shit 🤣
Astro Lounge is easily one of the best albums ever.
Great cover too. Was excited when i found out about it.
Steve went nuts on stage that's why he left haha.... I had no idea they had a new leader singer till I saw them perform at Epcot back in March 2023
I didn’t even know until Steve died and these misleading news outlets refer him as the vocalist not ex or former vocalist
Geezus, has it been 25 years already?!
Let’s not forget it being in Inspector Gadget
Cool!
this was a guaranteed check for zach to take the gig. smash mouth will play sea world, disneyland, and every chili-fest in the country, and get a good pay check for it until they decide not to. i don't think they live in a fantasy world where they think they are going to write a new hit any time soon. they want tour and make a living, and they will be able to, now that steve has died, as there is no alternative to this version.
Glad to see Paul doing well! We were in Lackadaddy together (I was the guitar player), the band he and Greg were in just before they broke big. Lackadaddy was a HUGE success in SJ. Here's a song: czcams.com/video/AbIEb_XVJuA/video.html
...weren't they in The Gents...and then Paul w Go Man Go...anyway....hope to hear them soon....rest is peace Steve
We were all in cover bands back then in addition to Lackadaddy (which was all original songs) Greg was in The Gents, Paul was in Mood Ring and I was in Sweet Oblivion. @@vincefalcone4351
I realize this is "Smash Mouth" because Paul De Lisle is still in it, BUT without Greg Camp on guitar, and Steve Harwell on vocals, it's really NOT true Smash Mouth. They should change the group name out of respect, and stop trying so hard to be something they are obviously not. I was a junior in high when Smash Mouth was first introduced on the radio, and it was Steve Harwell (vox), Greg Camp (guitar), Paul De Lisle (bass), and Kevin Coleman on drums, any other configuration of THIS band without Steve, Greg, & Paul together is not Smash Mouth. I am also aware that Steve quit due to alcoholism. So no Steve, no Greg, & just Paul, NOT true Smash Mouth. R.I.P. Steve, you will be sorely missed.
Welp it got removed :/
Not the same without Steve. Hope Steve recovers and comes back. I’ll not support Zach Goode sorry Zach but you ain’t Steve harwell
Edit: will still listen to when Steve was still around unless I have a reason to hear Zach otherwise sticking with old smash mouth
He did not recover and come back
@@SamiJ1508indeed he didnt not
