One of the better shops in Southern California.I've bee to Bob's shop a handful of times and it was too bad I lived in Orange County, which is an hour north of of San Diego.
Havent seen any Norcal shops visited. I know we dont have a bunch of shops here in California but Wilderness Archery is a great shop with really good people and has been around for a while.

I actually moved to San Diego, have been in that very shop, and work close by on Miramar Road (that shop is very close to where the old Top Gun school used to be and where they filmed the old Tom Cruise movie). I'm getting my daughter's boyfriend into archery and getting him a bow soon. They live in Manhattan KS close to Kansas Archery Center, which seems to be a shop comparable, if not better than Performance archery. I would love to see a tour of that shop as they have a 24 hour access indoor archery range for members (with a small monthly fee) and a very knowledgable staff. I think they were recently some sort of preferred shop by Mathews, which speaks volumes in my mind. I spoke with Gideon at Kansas Archery Center a few days ago and they did get in a couple of the new V3X demo models with more to trickle in as we get into 2022. Seems like an awesome shop and one Chris would feel right at home in, I'm sure. It would be great to see a vid of Kansas Archery Center.

I remember when I saw this bear hunt video when it was released and from that time I have always wanted to hunt brown bear on the Kodiak island with a bow. One of my big dreams as a bowhunter. I only need to win enough money in the a lottery first.
