      Healthy fats are very important for muscle gain, you can never gain muscle if you take enough protien but no healthy fats.

    I have been into a oil refinery(Gujarat), as per information provided there, all oils are same, the reason olive oil is costlier is not because its most healthy but because it is found less in india. Mustard oil works same as olive oil. So oil type doesn't make a much difference. Eat healthy. Live healthy.

      Whichever oil you take, ensure it's not heated much.
      Problem with mustard oil (kachii ghani) not cold pressed is that it has hexane which when heated becomes toxic.
      Olive is generally not heated much to remove the smell. Hence cooking with olive is generally better.
      If one is planning to take oil raw by rubbing on body or over salad, pastes (sesame paste, badam paste, etc) Mustard is better.

      @@user-vz1hn5st1h Hey Thanks for asking 🙏😇, It's been a journey for me. A decade since I begin knowing nothing.
      I'm fit and fine. Much more spiritually driven after Listening to Acharya Prashant Ji on CZcams.
      A Major change in my life happened in 2019 when my loving pet parrot tragically passed away(A mumma cat took him away right from front of my eyes) And it shattered me deeply.
      That huge loss wasn't bearable and I quit non veg and became vegetarian. But it didn't stopped there until I realised each and every animal product I'm consuming for my health and fitness is coming with lot of cruelty and not even milk/honey is cruelty free.
      It's since then I got Vegan! On a purely plant based diet. In my best shape ever with no deficiency at all.
      I would conclude that I feel if human can thrive on plant based diet then our health sector and fitness industry needs to rethink from a humane perspective right from the scratch. Watch "The Game Changer" documentary on CZcams to know more about it.
      Thanks Dear 🙏

I just wanna say that mustard oil is good enough for us in daily use and we don't need to go for olive oil even ghee is a better option n yeah we don't decrease the nutritional value of Sabzi while sauteing it in oil.. Thank you, love your videos

    I am a civil engineer and when I go to site... I see labour, mistri...in such a great shape ,with lots of lean muscle...
    And they only eat 20,21 Rotis at a time with daal and sabji, with minimum dairy. And they have great stamina.
    How this happens? Can u answer that?

    • @ajaypasbola3972
      @ajaypasbola3972 Před 5 lety +34

      Coz they do rigrous workout in the form of their skilled activities so whatever they eat gets burnt down keeping in mind that they do not lift weights in gym for an hour rather they lift heavy equipments, mortars, bricks for more than 8 hrs continuously so nothing gets stored as fat in their body

    • @ajaypasbola3972
      @ajaypasbola3972 Před 5 lety +23

      My parents always says ki humne yhi roti ghee khaake body banayi apne time pe and to some extent they were right Coz they used to live in villages and just to fetch water they hv to walk miles uphill at those times so whatever they had eaten gets burnt down however now when they migrated to cities they developed tummy around although the diet was maintained simply Coz now we hv everything at our doorsteps these days and our organs are not performing with their potentials and thus we are driving towards obesity

    • @gyankidukaan
      @gyankidukaan Před 5 lety +23

      The fact and gist remains, it depends on your how active your life style is. A labour and a farmer with all his or her hardwork can digest 20-30 rotis, and would still have lean and muscular. But a computer engineer heavy carbs and rotis are not suggestable. If he wants to develop muscles, he will have to go to gym and workout for burning calories and would adapt low calorie and carbs diet for getting good shape and being healthy, else he would be obese. Someone said there is good protein in roti like 3g or so, but again the carb content is also very high, so 20 rotis would give him 60 g of proteins but also 347 g of carb which would be impossible to digest unless he really works very hard. Simple maths :)

    • @sayantanghosh2956
      @sayantanghosh2956 Před 5 lety +11

      Dude, your comment proves that you are uneducated. Labors and mistirs eventually work out for more than 8 hours a day. Their job demands lifting heavy loads and carrying them. Moreover, they also perform their duties in extreme heat. Do you even have any idea about the number of calories they burn in a day? Try performing the same for a day then you will understand. No matter how much they eat, labors and mistris will always have a calorie deficit, it does not matter how many rotis they eat. Hence, they always remain so lean/thin and muscular.
      On the other hand bodybuilders or people who are looking to build muscle will hardly spend more than 2 hours working out a day, so, there is no need to have 10 to 15 rotis, instead have moderate to high proteins and sufficient fats. TRY THAT AND YOU WILL LIVE LONG WITH NO HEALTH ISSUES.
      AND BECAUSE OF THIS SHITTY TYPICAL ROTI SABZI STYLE OF DIET OUR COUNTRY HAS HIGH OBESITY ALONG WITH HALF THE POPULATION SUFFERING FROM HYPERTENSION AND DIABETES.

    It is not due to dehydration of vegetables but due to heat sensitive vitamins eg thiamine, and folate and vitamin c . Vitamin b12 is a heat stable vitamins whereas fat soluble vitamins are a little resistant to heat . Most minerals are heat resistant but some of them can leach into the water and decrease the potentiality eg potassium copper zinc etc . But almost all vitamins content are lowered due to heat and temperature . Also the phytochemicals also called polyphenols are heat sensitive and application of heat and water can decrease their availability by upto 60 percent . So the best way to eat anything is raw as far as possible and practicable.

    coconut oil & groundnut oil are best options..no need to buy olive oil which comes from European countries and thus not sustainable in long term.

      @@mysticresearcher7564 no its true,virgin olive oil can stay safe only for one to two months,if kept under control condition(away from light). But its supply to market if comes from Europe takes four months, so its already rancid when we buy it.

    Sarso ka tel is best for plain areas
    For hilly areas til ka tel groundnut oil
    South India coconut oil
    Oil should be used according to the regions locally produced oils are the best but they should be cold pressed or kachhi ghani

    Agree with all the points mentioned. But instead of going for the expensive olive oil, one can switch to homemade ghee (just one tsp). Ghee also has lot of health benefits and has the highest natural heating/smoking point.

      Good reply 👍 my grandfather eats rice two times a day, sometimes all three times and he doesn't have any diseases despite being aged 85.
      One thing he does is one hour yoga and one hour walking early in the morning, for past 60years...
      If people have enough physical activity, then body has capability to digest and squeeze nutrition from it.
