He also can only use a skill to its fullest extent if he is compatible with it. For instance he could only copy Milim’s ultimate skill to about 80% because he wasn’t fully compatible with it. (She can power up infinitely like the Incredible Hulk)

Awesome video! Can you do a video on how strong Rudra is? He didn't directly fight against Rimuru and his forces but what few fights he did have shown that he was a beast. I mean, when you're named after an immensely powerful Hindu god whose name means "who eradicates problems from their roots", "the most severe roarer/howler" or "the most frightening one", you kinda have to live up to it.
That Rudra was just a saint with Ultimate skill michael he should be equal to an true demon lord not a true Dragon or Giy but in the past it was True dragons level but since his soul was separated he lost most of his true hero powers and he devolved from true hero to saint Just to be clear Rudra wasn't a saint before he went from human to hero
Rudra absolutely lives up to it in the most literal sense, especially your first and second description. Unfortunately unless you catch up to the LN I can't begin to explain how complicated the set up is compared to the payoff.

As for guy's ultimate skill prideful king lucifer, aside from the standard subskills of ultimate skills(thought acceleration, universal perception, all of creation, chant annulment, law manipulation, demon lord haki, either ultraspeed or infinite regeneration, time stop, future attack prediction) as well as his intrinsic skills of a primordial demon in a deathman host(material creation, possession, contract making, astral projection/astral body, and since most likely knows nuclear magic like the other primordials and can cast the strongest known spells without issue due to his advance age), it probably has same power copying skill as in the web novel(albeit not the skill itself but the components that make up the skill he's copying, and sometimes just copyong them doesn't mean he can use them as well as the original owner of the copyed skill, like he can only use 40% of the maximum power of milim's wrath ultimate skill due not having the magicule breeder skill milim got from her father), and possibly have a skill where his power grows with his belief in himself(like the bloodline power of Amari from demon school iruma-kun), limitless growth potential(from training or simply getting older, like from the pride skill of so I'm a spider so what, the skill of the mc of world's finest assassin, or the skill given to the awakened heroes from the new anime about the beast tamer that was kicked out of the hero's party), and/or maybe an ability similar to the authority of pride in re:zero, which would fit guy's role as a mediator of the world, given how said authority was able to tell whether a person was good or bad within their own standards and break apart the body of the judged if the user determines they were either bad or if they felt guilty of something. Just like you said, guy’s ultimate skill probably have some “standard” sub-skills just like many other ultimate skills, but if the rule of “there can be only 1 holder” also applied to the sub-skills, shouldn’t such thing be impossible? Let’s also use Rimuru’s “Void God Azathot” as an example. What makes it such a terrifying skill, is the fact that it allows the holder to manipulate the “nihility” attribute, the essence of non-existence (or destruction to put it simply). But the “authority” to wield this incredible power is not in the ultimate skill itself, but in the sub-skill “imaginary collapse”. Letting Yuuki go dropped Guy to #6 in my primordials ranking, only being g above Mizeri(once I read LN 17 &18 and found out how hilarious Raine is she shot up and is fighting Carrera for the #3 spot). It sounded good on paper but so many problems arose from Guy letting Yuuki, Kagali and the cliwn go. They're still dealing with the consequences of that decision in LN 20 and it made the other side stronger. Lesson is, don't play with your food/prey.
Guy doesn't has time stop, he copied velzard's patience king gabriel, which has decelerating ability, with it velzard and guy can stop time, they don't really possess time stop skill like rimuru does

I’m guessing Guy has the demonic skill Pride King Lucifer the exact opposite to Rudra’s angelic skill Justice king Michael I believe it was called. The idea being again I’m making assumptions and speculating quite a bit here but Michael’s the greatest defense while Lucifer’s the strongest attack skill potentially although a strong defense is the best offense or so I’ve been told. Neither skill has a hands down lead over the other that’s why they decided to use pawns. Just my guess without more info.
Not much. The author should've introduced Demon Kings & maybe a Demon God in the Demon Realm. Just 7 archdemons is far too unrealistic and and childish even for a fantasy novel. It's pss poor writing and lack of imagination. Heck, the entire novel is as basic as it gets. It's like their first novel. Everything is so... Bleakly surface layered. The 3x primordials that rimuru named with the sports car... I mean, it's very lazy writing. And i'd like to also mention how garbage Guy's servants are. He has Rain and Misery which basically are a copy and paste with one different hair color and bits n chissles of character traits - That's it. The TenSura world + world map is quite bleak as well. The map's geography is total garbage. I've once edited the map and pushed Ruminas' empire bit more to an extended but landlocked "island". Additionally i've had once briefly written a alternative story of TenSura which had featured the MonsterVerse (Godzilla, and all the titans, which are resistant to magic and FINALLY something that brings SOME balance. Godzilla fulfills his roles the same as in the american movies, by keeping the titans at bay.) Also, since the world map is so garbage, i've added a monstrous continent (which was the main continent) that used to house 900+ demon lords a long time ago, which was wiped out by a Sin-Bearer primordial demon with several titles (officially known "Acedia" which is basically constant sorrow but without being able feel) that demon was "Hel", a banished royal demon amongst the other Sin-Bearer Demon Kings into the deepest parts of Hell. Long story short, he's slaughtered all the Sin-Bearers (not bearers but actually incarnate, embodiment) and the archdemons that you know from TenSura are basically non-Sin Bearers, they're basically pets of the demon kings. So, "Hel" reincarnated itself into the material world without memories as a egyptian prince, but they're known to be spiritually awakened, so the prince later was fused with dozens of species by a kingdom which triggered Hel's innate power (which is absent from the world system, it's not a skill, but something that's pure power like in Mob Psycho100). By the way, there used to be demon lords of most species. Tigers, bears, insects, mantises, snakes etc. Now there's only 8 in this current time lol Bonus: "The Twilight of the Gods" looks like a scene in the Berserk movie. As for guy's ultimate skill prideful king lucifer, aside from the standard subskills of ultimate skills(thought acceleration, universal perception, all of creation, chant annulment, law manipulation, demon lord haki, either ultraspeed or infinite regeneration, time stop, future attack prediction) as well as his intrinsic skills of a primordial demon in a deathman host(material creation, possession, contract making, astral projection/astral body, and since most likely knows nuclear magic like the other primordials and can cast the strongest known spells without issue due to his advance age), it probably has same power copying skill as in the web novel(albeit not the skill itself but the components that make up the skill he's copying, and sometimes just copyong them doesn't mean he can use them as well as the original owner of the copyed skill, like he can only use 40% of the maximum power of milim's wrath ultimate skill due not having the magicule breeder skill milim got from her father), and possibly have a skill where his power grows with his belief in himself(like the bloodline power of Amari from demon school iruma-kun), limitless growth potential(from training or simply getting older, like from the pride skill of so I'm a spider so what, the skill of the mc of world's finest assassin, or the skill given to the awakened heroes from the new anime about the beast tamer that was kicked out of the hero's party), and/or maybe an ability similar to the authority of pride in re:zero, which would fit guy's role as a mediator of the world, given how said authority was able to tell whether a person was good or bad within their own standards and break apart the body of the judged if the user determines they were either bad or if they felt guilty of something. The concept is very subjective, making the user one of the most dangerous people. What you said is right, ultimate skills are unique to their respective holders, therefore it’s impossible for 2 people to have the same ultimate skill.
But sub-skills? Just like you said, guy’s ultimate skill probably have some “standard” sub-skills just like many other ultimate skills, but if the rule of “there can be only 1 holder” also applied to the sub-skills, shouldn’t such thing be impossible? Let’s also use Rimuru’s “Void God Azathot” as an example. What makes it such a terrifying skill, is the fact that it allows the holder to manipulate the “nihility” attribute, the essence of non-existence (or destruction to put it simply). But the “authority” to wield this incredible power is not in the ultimate skill itself, but in the sub-skill “imaginary collapse”.
In other words, if my theory is correct, the true nature of “prideful king Lucifer” is that of “copying sub-skills”, which also implies that it could have 2 weaknesses or tricks to avoid it (maybe):
1) we don’t know if he can copy more sub-skills all together based on the holder’s analysis capabilities or if it can only copy 1 sub-skill at the time, meaning that Guy must also have the right timing (if it’s the latter)
2) if someone can overlap the effects of various sub-skills, maybe they could avoid that a specific one get spotted and copied

Letting Yuuki go dropped Guy to #6 in my primordials ranking, only being g above Mizeri(once I read LN 17 &18 and found out how hilarious Raine is she shot up and is fighting Carrera for the #3 spot). It sounded good on paper but so many problems arose from Guy letting Yuuki, Kagali and the cliwn go. They're still dealing with the consequences of that decision in LN 20 and it made the other side stronger.

I’m guessing Guy has the demonic skill Pride King Lucifer the exact opposite to Rudra’s angelic skill Justice king Michael I believe it was called. The idea being again I’m making assumptions and speculating quite a bit here but Michael’s the greatest defense while Lucifer’s the strongest attack skill potentially although a strong defense is the best offense or so I’ve been told. Neither skill has a hands down lead over the other that’s why they decided to use pawns.

No, I didn't read the Web novel, I just tried searching for information about guy's ultimate skill and this is what I got😂
Not much. The author should've introduced Demon Kings & maybe a Demon God in the Demon Realm.
Just 7 archdemons is far too unrealistic and and childish even for a fantasy novel. It's pss poor writing and lack of imagination. Heck, the entire novel is as basic as it gets. It's like their first novel. Everything is so... Bleakly surface layered. The 3x primordials that rimuru named with the sports car... I mean, it's very lazy writing. And i'd like to also mention how garbage Guy's servants are. He has Rain and Misery which basically are a copy and paste with one different hair color and bits n chissles of character traits - That's it. The TenSura world + world map is quite bleak as well. The map's geography is total garbage. I've once edited the map and pushed Ruminas' empire bit more to an extended but landlocked "island".
Additionally i've had once briefly written a alternative story of TenSura which had featured the MonsterVerse (Godzilla, and all the titans, which are resistant to magic and FINALLY something that brings SOME balance. Godzilla fulfills his roles the same as in the american movies, by keeping the titans at bay.)
Also, since the world map is so garbage, i've added a monstrous continent (which was the main continent) that used to house 900+ demon lords a long time ago, which was wiped out by a Sin-Bearer primordial demon with several titles (officially known "Acedia" which is basically constant sorrow but without being able feel) that demon was "Hel", a banished royal demon amongst the other Sin-Bearer Demon Kings into the deepest parts of Hell. Long story short, he's slaughtered all the Sin-Bearers (not bearers but actually incarnate, embodiment) and the archdemons that you know from TenSura are basically non-Sin Bearers, they're basically pets of the demon kings.
So, "Hel" reincarnated itself into the material world without memories as a egyptian prince, but they're known to be spiritually awakened, so the prince later was fused with dozens of species by a kingdom which triggered Hel's innate power (which is absent from the world system, it's not a skill, but something that's pure power like in Mob Psycho100).
By the way, there used to be demon lords of most species. Tigers, bears, insects, mantises, snakes etc. Now there's only 8 in this current time lol
