It's that time of year again! I love showing you all my pet routines, keep in mind these routines aren't always the same every single day, things change day by day and the only timed part of the day is feeding the cats breakfast and dinner! This is also just the routine for my pets, this is not a care video and what I do for my pets daily may not work for yours or may look different than what you do for yours.

hey victoria, i doubt you’ll see this, but i just want to say thank you. i found your channel just over two years ago when i was struggling through quarantine. your videos inspired me to adopt a hamster and give them the proper care. it has been two years since i put together my ikea detolf, and since then i have started to figure out my love for pets. my first hammy, cheddar, passed a few months ago from old age, but it felt so rewarding to give him a better life. i just want to thank you for helping me do that :))
i'm not sure if ur a teenager or not but if you are, how did you convince ur parents to let u get an ikea detolf? i can't get a job yet but i earn money online selling stuff so i can manage to get the money but it's just my parents. they believe that hamsters are only small and tried to convince me to get my current hamster a smaller cage (dw he's in the savic plaza cage rn) but i want to upgrade when i move into my new room.
@@xholly.008 the same thing happened with my dad for my betta fish saying I need to put more fish with it but I just told him that the activity of the fish with it was high so they need the space. He wasn’t very convinced but it’s in my room and he doesn’t take care of them so he just dropped it. I recommend taking about the activity level and that it would mean you can do less cleaning because there is more space, if it’s in your space and it’s your money they should allow you but it depends on how your family are

@@lama7763 ok quick little update incase u were wondering aha, i spoke to my mum about it and told her that i can afford it n she kinda argued a bit at first but i explained why and also said that i will pay for it myself (as i have done with all of my hamster's other stuff) and she just finished the conversation with "fine" so i take that as a win lol. again, thank you so so much!!
@@lama7763 I wrote a long paper on why hamsters need big cages. Convince them how you can pay for it all, and show them that you know where it can go! I hope this helps. Good luck! 🤍

Hi! When I didn’t own a hamster, I was thinking to buy my hamster a small cage. However, when I came across your channel, I realised I was not going to provide proper care for my hamster tofu. Now, my little dwarf hammy tofu is living his best life ever. Thank you for giving me proper care and all to give my hamster his best life possible! Thanks

I got a hamster about a year and a half ago and at first my care wasn’t great, but then I found your channel and learned everything I needed to know about hamster care. If it weren’t for you, my hamster wouldn’t be cared for properly. You helped create an amazing journey for him! My hamster passed away yesterday and watching your videos remind me of him and his journey. Thank you, Victoria!❤️

I love your Channel and the way your daily pet routine is it's just too peaceful I do have a lot of hamsters in fact they're night energy is nothing like your pets they're very active getting them out for 3hrs a night is the less thing for them i usaually break my night circle for them

hi victoria, i just wanted to say that i think you are amazing person, you helped so many people with their hamster care, including me. In early 2021 i decided i wanted a hamster. I got him a tiny cage, and the wheel didnt even work. He was really unhappy, so i told my parents and they got another cage that had a working proper sized wheel, and we connected it with tubes and called it a mansion. Then i found you, and saved up $200 and got him proper care 💗. Thank you so much and you have no idea how many hamster lives you have changed 💗

When I first got my first hamster, Nugget. He had a small cage less than 200 square inches! He had very little enrichment, and He kept chewing on the wires and I thought that just meant he was teething. I started to watch your videos and I felt so bad, I convinced my mom to get a larger cage and wayyyy more enrichment, I also didn’t know they needed a sand bath until I found your channel, your all about sand baths video was actually how I found you! Thanks for letting me know all this information and you made my hamster very happy!

After I had found you CZcams channel a couple years ago, I was inspired to adopt a hamster and take proper care of it. I then got whiskers who was a Chinese hamster and 6 months ago she passed. I love watching your videos and am excited to take even better care of the next hamster I own. ❤️
I so admire your dedication to your pets! It makes me want to do better. Your video also gave me some ideas for the future when my fiancé and I have an extra room and can get other pets that our cats can't be around. I especially loved the little gate you were using so you could keep the door open but your bunnies in. Very cool!

Mabel's heat smell is really not that strong (to me at least) unlike other females i've had in the past. Dipper doesn't seem to act any different though!

Just last night I had a panic attack bc my little tiny robo got out of his carrier while I was tidying his enclosure
And he had tan under my bed when I wasn’t looking
When I saw him I started crying and calling for him
Eventually my mom came in and helped me catch him
So that was kinda traumatic

Hi Victoria, thank you for your expert and experienced advice. I found a dumped hamster on a playground about a year and a half ago. I found your channel and my hamster, Ruben, is thriving. The vet says he is the healthiest hamster he’s seen. I owe this to you. Thank you!

Btw nite angle has been doing wonders for me my hamster loves the products and I do too I got their water dish cage and we’ll and my hamster is very very happy that I switch to a water dish instead of a I don’t know the name but the other thing she’s much happier than when I bought her and I’m glad I got her to a good home and I’m really glad I found you to give my hamster and me some good ideas

Another great video! My teen daughter likes to copy CZcamsrs so she was really happy Zack needed an upgraded enclosure lol. We almost never see him bc he wakes up around 1-3am 😔 but I leave snacks out that tells me he’s alive.
I remembered I had driftwood from a chameleon we had, so I added that, multi chamber hide, coco fiber dig box, etc. She’s so happy he has a cage like yours 😁

Hi Victoria! I wanted to let you know but one day me and my family went into petco and I was looking at the hamsters, and I fell in love with this hamster, I was asking my parents if we get him, I didn’t even know how to take care of one,my mom told me I should do research on how to take care of them, so I researched for days, and in those days I came across you! You have helped me take care of my hamsters and bond with them! I am so very happy I have came across you because if I didn’t I wouldn’t know what proper stuff they needed! And my hamsters name is Coco! 😊💗
Thankyou so much Victoria! You never fail to make a video that we all don't absolutely love! You have taught me so much about true pet care (mainly hamster care)! My old hamster cage used to be way too small, It was only around 320 sq inches of floorspace, but thanks to you, I managed to get my parents to let me buy my Syrian hamster, Lenny, and new cage! Lenny now lives in a 620 sq inches of floorspace enclosure, he has an 11 inch wheel, herbs and varied diet, and proper bedding depth! I am planning on making his enclosure more natural, I wanna get him a cork log, more bendable bridges, a willow tube, and a multi chamber hide! I am also curious where to find safe moss for the bendable bridges. Thanks to you, I have made a youtube channel of my own, I wanna teach people proper hamster care so they don't make the same mistakes me and many others have. (Lenny is the hamster in my profile picture lol)! So Thankyou so much, I also plan on getting some of your merch soon! ❤❤🐹🐹💕

@@VictoriaRaechel I have a question for you? I just bought Vitakraft Natural forage blend for my mouse. (I know you don’t have mice but them and hamsters have generally the same diet) and I just realized that they are the same brand that makes yogurt drops so i’m kind of curious if it’s actually a good mix? I’ve been feeding them Sunburst, but I just ran out. Is this a good mix or should I stick to sunburst?

Hey you probably wont see this but I want to thank you Victoria. I got my hamster since the first day of January. Sadly my hamster is lost somewhere in or out of my house. She’s been gone for 3 days so I don’t think I’ll see her again. I want to say thank you because you helped me with my hamster and made me became a great hamster owner.
