We are a family of 5 living life in North Pole, Alaska! Where Santa Claus House is right down the street! I worked at the shelter as a caregiver for the babies. It was alot of fun. Thank you for helping out the woman's and children shelter. I miss working there.

This year I not only managed to get the shopping done before Thanksgiving, but I got everything wrapped as well. December has been so nice, relaxed and enjoyable. 😃

I usually start my Christmas shopping December 26 for the next year. I just love giving to others and seeing the look on their faces!
I buy a little at a time starting around late September -October and hide them till time to wrap gifts and I try to find special stocking stuffers...my oldest daughter lives with me since I'm widowed and the other daughter is with her future husband even though they are grown I try to make Christmas extra special...I am an only child so I guess I'm like a little child cause I want it to be fun for them...I love how Hertz mom seems to enjoy all the family being together...The Somers little family makes me feel something good every time I watch one of your videos.❤

You are absolutely so right none of have it organized or altogether on a daily basis. It is really about deciding what is most important and prioritizing. Will you get it all done some days yes others probably not

Our church is buying for foster kids this year. I picked a 15 yr old girl and I am enjoying buying for her. We did it last year too and the kids loved it! We did find out what their interests are so it’s easier to buy for them. I just love these vlogs and the Somers family.
I always say I'm going to start early and get it done way early but it never happens. I am almost done though. Bert your mom is awesome. Teaching the kids how to budget. Great job girls.

When I wasn't disabled yet, my friends and I gave chewable vitamins to children and adults who were living on low income, and in a shelter. These days, I donate money to the American Red Cross. Bless you all. 😁

Y'all are great .. I also didn't do so well with Christmas gifts this year. I'm usually done by 1st Nov. My 2 kids only get presents( more than $5 ) for Christmas and birthdays , so we try to do a little at a time through out the year. I love giving to places like shelters ECT. One year (before I had kids) I actually did 13 salvation army - tree angles. I love doing things like that.

I’m definitely the prepared one, I was done with shopping in October... just had to wait for the stocking stuffer items to come out. I like being overly prepared for whatever I’m planning, also I think I’m just addicted to shopping lol

My 1st marriage landed me at a womans abuse shelter one night. And the one thing I missed believe it or not was a watch (33 yrs ago). The date and time for some reason was important. Love, HUGS & Blessings!

I used to get it done early. As my kids have gotten older it's harder to plan to far head. I start collecting gift cards so I have the money to buy in December. Works for us right now.
❄️This is the first year that I was able to do all my Christmas shopping online and I have to say I will never do it any other way again! Not only did I save a ton of money but I only had to pay shipping one time and that was eight dollars for something that I got for free with my Kohl’s cash. I didn’t have to stand in one line or be in any traffic, it got sent straight to my door. On top of all of that every item I spent was on sale, you can find more items on sale online and then you do in the store.🎁

I shop throughout November and December. I knocked most of it out already. Just got a few gift cards left to get.
Love vlogmas! Giving to a worthy cause doesn’t always mean a money donation some causes need volunteers that can spend a couple of hours of giving their time or talent.
