Its kinda hard yk, (speaking from experience) i have a friend that still likes the same guy after months and months but she found someone to replace him but she always tell me that her crush is still the one in her heart but she likes someone else too, i also had a crush on a certain person and got rejected in a pretty rude way (called me "just a person i shared my work to") i wasnt even over him even after a few months till i found out hes gay and has a boyfriend.
