Hope all of u guys spread the true meaning of Islam.... people always think Islam is arab thing... but really is God and his revelation is for everyone.

There are many others. You sound as if, Muslim white Englishmen is something unheard of.

SubhanAllah I have seen this brother abt 2 yrs ago on a Sunday at Speakers corner. I think it was July 2018, quietly engaging in a talk abt Islam. I walked past and I was gone for about an hour or so, I came back and he was still standing there and I made dua for him thinking I hope Allah keeps him on the straight path. I'm so so so happy to see this video.
Amatullaah007 wow, that’s really amazing ❤️
ALLAH accepted your dua , ALHAMDULILLAH
Hey can you please pray for me 2 sis, jazaaka Allah khayra. May Allah forgive all of our sins in this blessed month of Ramadan and grant us jannah. Aamiin
@F.A F.A I'm not sure whether he converted by then, but I was amazed that he was there for so long etc.
when are those great 'scholars' of islam going to call Christian Prince via Skype: DebateTV?
Videos like this are a real blessing for me. I looked into Islam for a while before taking my shahada alone at home due to the pandemic. Since then I've been teaching myself to pray and reading a lot. I'm looking forward to going to mosque for the very first time and saying shahada properly inshallah.
Keep up the great work 👌🏻.
Aamiin...May you remain steadfast and get connected soon
*May Allah ease your journey and make it easy for you.* ❤️

Great episode, finally Jordan is on and his story is very inspiring even to an English lad like me
Finding a wife will be the hardest thing..u will never be accepted unless u got money abd and nice place! As a convert myself...the hypocrisy comes thru as u learn more about islam. Im proud but the deeper u dig..the more u find hmm.
@Belinda true. But then u need a man to do it for you then? I surpose in return for providing for u what we get in return? Oh yeah i know..the obvious!
@@supervolks7063 As a revert myself and the other new muslims I know we all alhamdulillah found wives within 2 years of converting, for me it was almost a year later I met my amazing, kind, beautiful wife. I don't know why you are saying you will never be accepted if unless you have money? Since the beginning of humanity, poor men have always managed to get a partner. Also, why should a woman want or be forced to be with a man who cannot provide the basics for her?
I think men should look for women on a similar level to them if you aim for a woman who came from a wealthy family and is used to that she wouldn't really go for a man who couldn't provide a similar level of financial security. I myself didn't have much when I met my wife who was super wealthy, but now Alhamdulillah I am earning very well and she stopped working we live a very good life. Praying for you bro that Allah swt blesses you with goodness in your life ameen.
@Belinda true..
I guess what angers me as a divorced man who married a muslim born woman which was a unhappy marriage..is women from Asian countries always bang on about how lovely there husbands are..or my husband this..my husband that etc....you ONLY love them brcause they surport u with a home..money..kids etc.. where as breadline men like me..struggle to find a woman! 21st century islam is losing the battle.

Salam from Indonesia🙂🇮🇩
As a born Arab Muslim who lives in the west now, I see some brothers who are passionate but don't possess enough knowledge on how to approach new Muslims and try to push their culture on them as well. It annoys me to the core to make new Muslims to change their names or the way the dress. I agree with Jordan M. point, you need to give new Muslims enough time to process the change in their lives and don't rush them into quitting everything they used to do before. It's better to be a Muslim and sinner than a disbeliever altogether. balance and wisdom is the key
I want to bring some nuance into this because some have taken this statements to extreams. And it seems the way they accuse others of being neglectful they themselves have been neglectend towards others. Firstly the cultural issue. As many minorities in the west and with the low native converts. Most converts back in the days had no other option. Than mixing with other cultures. That also meant they would copy cultural customs from them. Not everyone had the intention of wanting to turn a native into a second pakistani or what have you. There might be some who did that but was not the majority. Most of the time because they hang out with them they also automatically assimilated. The issue I see coming out of this with some people speaking out against it. Most of the time they present it from their point of view. But have never considered it from the point of view of others and also don't mention the condition they where in. It's good to point out the faults. But now in every podcast this same thing is being repeated over and over again. As if it has become some dahwa tool. To make extream nationalist flock to Islam. People are not a homogeneus bunch. People need to get over those generalization. Because in this time and era it has turned into an annoying thing.
I can sense humbleness and sincerity was from his speech what an amazing soul. May Allah keep him steadfast.
Aamiin
I loved hearing his story! Alhamdullilah! He’s totally right about taking things slow after converting, the prophet s.a.w established tawheed for many years before any of the regulations were sent down. May Allah make it easy for him to stay firm upon the religion and seek knowledge & grant him jannah Ameen :)
AAMEEN
You are right bro. The prophet of Allah SAWS advised against it. He gave an example of going full speed in the beginning of a race , this will exhaust you and consume all of your energy yet you didnt pass a significant distance

That's very well said brother "...a flower doesn't grow in one day. The first most important thing is to take your shahada, and keeping on doing salah. Everything else will come along the way, insya Allah...". Jazakumullahu khair, wassalamu'alaikum brothers...
I remember when this brother became muslim subhan Allah. May Allah guide many through him and may Allah reward EFDawah for their hard work!
SubhanAllah when Jordan 1st became Muslim, I thought Sam would be a perfect brother for Jordan to get to know to help him along the way, so I DMd sam and directed him towards speaking to Jordan (don't think he ever saw it lol). So Glad to see more than a year later that Faisal will put them both in touch alhamduLillah.
Only validation Muslims need is from Allah. You don't need an English man's validation. May Allah bless this brother and no disrespect to him. I just find some people on these forum are desperately in need validation by white people. Allah is top priority.
Finally they invited him. Alhamdulilah
Thanks for sharing. I suddenly teared up when you mentioned that point you were driving and decided to take the shahadah... Something so relatable to those feelings of truth.
Peace be with you brother
Masha Allah.. brother Jordan. Allah trully guides whom He will. May Allah grant you ease in your journey and keep you firm in the deen. Ameen.
Excellent episode Jordon has a beautiful story to tell thank you for sharing.
This dude Jordan looks at peace with his inner self. You rarely see that in a man
MasAllah! Was good to listen to whilst waiting for Iftar 👏🏼
May advice for new Muslims or for newly practicing Muslims is to not go hard on themselves , meaning for example that you do not have to do all the voluntary actions all at the beginning, because you might get bored and stop everything at once. And the prophet’s peace be upon him ahadeeth are filled with how a muslim should not go hard on himself till he is bored with acts of worship. Not that i am saying to do haram. And Allah knows best
Haris Besic at least do the obligatory actions💐
Haris Besic welcome
Not just for new Muslims, it's a good advice for every Muslim. We all need to let Islam grow on ourselves naturally.
@Jacob Odubajo pwha ha ha all the evidence is there bro fafa gave you prove with all his claims unlike you, you still believe your god is moral, if i was atheist i will defnitely not choose chritianty, wow i can see now why chritianty is crumbling, your book cant be holy with all that porno verses

Very awesome, I am born Muslim from Egypt and the stories of the reverts always inspire me and give me good energy to move on in this so busy life.
I'm not Muslim and I probably never will be, but I appreciate the conservatism. Most of the problems the world has, Islam has a fix for, can't argue with that.

Welcome back brother !!
Brother Jordan you are inspiring to born Muslims like myself .you are are a very humble person and very straight forward at the same time .the way you use your words it is the best music I heard.
There is too much emphasis put on the misconception of a Muslim being a "brown skinned person"...I feel that this will be challenged more by "white" Muslims as this will challenge this misconception from all sides of the ignorant coin...
Good point brother Jordan regarding Islam not being a 'fashion'. Allah knows best of what is happening, and we must never feel helpless.
Thank you for this brothers.
I love the advice you gave about new Muslims , you're spot on Jordan may Allah bless you my brother.

Love this brother.
Amazing inspirational story which i can also relate to.
Born into a Muslim immigrant family does not necessarily mean you learn about islam because school and uni from 60s to 90s was mainly an Islam free environment.
He really got me thinking as a born Muslim about the side things we worry about. There is a bigger picture 🙌🏾.
Omg I just listened to the part where he said “he said how some born Muslims said he inspires them” what a coincidence 🙌🏾

Alhamdulillah, brother Jordan, I wish you a very blessed Ramadhan, Eid and year. May you find and maintain your purpose, Iman and Deen. I just have a question, you were "ready" for the Deen in your 30s while in your 20s, you say you were far from the Deen and had no inclination towards it, while you note some other young folks are inclined to the Deen at 18-20s. Why do you think that is? What is it that stopped you from coming to the Deen earlier, and what can be done to ensure other people don't have that same inhibition?
I mean this in the most respectful way, by the way. :)
