I havent yet begun to read the reviews yet becuz Im just going to come out and say that you are the only one out of LOTS of ppl on here that has described in full detail how you prepare the meal, and u even sound as if you enjoy doing it whereas others sound as if its a chore.lol. I love your voice. I love to cook too and if youre not presenting your dishes in a way the viewers will enjoy, forget the whole thing ! Thank you once again. I can just use a boiler pot w/ basket instead, right? I have never made this before.:)

Happy New Year Carolyn! Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for this recipe! I altered it a little to give my Mrs one of the best Christmas Eve dinners she ever had! Lobster tails, king crab legs, clams and mussels were the basis of my seafood boil, and when I added shrimp to it, well she just about fainted. The potatoes and corn had flavor for days, and as big as the portions were, we had zero left-overs! Thank you for sharing your time & talents with all of us! God Bless You!

Seafood has no destination, N S E W... It's what you like. Born in the south but raised in the north and I love making this dish. The fist time I saw it was on the cooking channel and it was an Italian man making it.

I made this about a month ago and it was off the chain. I didn't have the Diamond Seasoning so I substituted with Cajun Season and it was great. For the corn, I used Green Giant Nibblers and they were so juicy and sweet and that added to the flavor. I posted it on facebook and it looked so good that one of my friends came and got some. He had just had outpatient back surgery THAT DAY. He wrapped himself tightly and brought his package to the driveway so that he didn't have to get out of the car. He said when he went home, shells were flying everywhere. lol THANKS
