at first i thought about cs2 him being unbanned similar to players who were vac'd on cs:s and 1.6 but the one thing that made me know that isnt ever going to happen again is the fact cs2 is basically a massive game update instead of an entirely new release. Anyone vac'd on csgo will potentially never play a counterstrike game ever again.

Valve already unbanned people after they contacted a lawyer but from what i know they only did this on small accounts like people with no money but at the same time they "silent banned " you even when you contact lawyer and you are able to get unbanned valve still has the right to kick you out of Steam, and thats what they did with the persons that tried, unbanned but blocked everything he could do, not even able to buy games anymore
You can get a lawyer all you want, you agreed to the ToS and broke it. Nothing they can do.
