The amount of salt these two bring

I hated Snail the most so I was almost as salty as Iguazu.

Snail talks a lot of piping hot shit considering he's just lucky to have a lifeline of modern augmentations available to him while Iguazu and 621 is fated to rot.
And still gets his nuts kick to the back of his asshole everytime we see him. Remember the ice worm mission?
You want to know what makes it worse? These augmentation procedures have a failure rate and those failures end in either death or being crippled for life. So how does Snail beat the odds? All of those people who get sent to the re-education camps become guinea pigs. Only when the perfect method is found does Snail undergo augmentation.
That means his superhuman status comes at the cost of a mountain of corpses.
Especially how he just throws test subjects to see if they will last with the new modifications before adding them to himself
He’s literally bitchmade
You can read in the Arena that he used humans as guinea pigs to make sure that his augmentations had no issues

Didn't realize it while playing, but Allmind must have told Iguazu where we were
ALLMIND trying to tie up all loose ends.
These two interacting with us and each other produce enough salt and bitterness to induce cardiac arrest in a Victorian child.

@@GreyCaliberI think I might’ve heard that line (or a very similar one) in the ice worm mission if you don’t do enough damage to maximize the downed phase. It went something like- “I AM the Vespers! I AM Aquebes!”

Well there's something us and Iguazu agree on. Snail is priority number 1 for getting dunked on always. Even higher priority than dunking on Iguazu.
Interesting that Snail is so attentive he can tell youre there just from subtle radio interference. Not so dumb afterall.
As much as we love to hate Snail, he is V. II for a reason. If not for us, Arquebus surely would have won the coral war comfortably.

The ones that you weren't able to trigger. I think it's when the two ACs damage or kill each others. Chances for that are as slim as winning the lottery though
I did have Snail get murdered by Iguazu, and it was the same, unfortunately. I assume its tied to repair kits and they toned down the fight.

@@MaidenlessScrub I had snail down to like 10% and it takes awhile for them to slowly kill each other. Player seems to have a lot of aggro so that doesn't help.

yeah its the same, in my playthrough snail kills Iguazu with a stun needle shot and its the same dialogue

You actually can! To get to Snail you are pretty much using the jailbreak route, but in reverse. You can go to where the Escape mission starts and you can spot the AC Walter left there if you look closely enough.

When I did this mission snail said 2:25 Iguazu died and said “how are you any different” and I thought it was intentional

@@webby189402194134It's stated that he's got 4th Gen augments like the player character, and it's discovered in the cave mission with Ayre that early augments use Coral tech. He's presumably wigging out from tapping into the coral consciousness improperly - like many voices speaking at once.
You can even hear it at 3:00 when ALLMIND speaks, it has a ringing behind it

I cheated on this fight. If you fire at them while still in that tunnel you can force Snail and Igunzia to fight you in that tight tunnel but if you leave the tunnel you cant go back in since it block by that red tape wall

@@R-XI_Sulla i'm thinking Ayre jumps to Iguazu as a limited option, and because he's already very sensitive to coral voices, hers is far louder than the Coral Flow and will be head-splittingly loud and piercing to him, white noise and all.
@@otamatonefan8996 She's not. Ayre was capable of jumping out this whole time (as proven if you choose to betray her), but actively chose to stay because, upon you taking her to see where her Coral family was going, she became extremely affectionate to 621. She absolutely would rather just leave than go to another augmented human as she leaves 621 in a potential betrayal; despite it hurting her to the point of crying. All Coral wave mutations have shown this behaviour, such as Seria with Dolmayan - leaving in the same manner as he wanted nothing more than her species to just be a temporary high.
The intense ringing Iguazu hearing is 100% Ayre basically screaming at him or her just screaming in agony in general. You can infer this because if you die during any of the other fights around this time, Ayre will scream "Raven!..." because of said emotional attachment.

Idk if it's Snail being an A-hole or he's serious when he says he feels nauseated. I'm wondering if Coral affects those that are Gen 7 or higher in more subtle ways compared to Gen 1-4? Again I'm thinking it's just Snail being an A-hole, but it's a possibility.

Pretty sure the one you couldn't get to trigger is when Iguazu is dead and snail's almost killed you or has killed you. I remember it triggering for me, though if it's not that, then idk
Minor thing, but if I remember right, if you kill Iguazu before snail starts talking about you being a gen 4, he leaves out the "And your not the only one" bit.
Honestly va did such a good job playing a hateable character, and really funny sounds when you ambush him

@@KitsuneShapeShifter i wouldn't be so sure of that. If Allmind did that then like hell would Iguazu side with them.
Chances are it's Ayre in this one situation where she had no other choice but to try jumping to Iguazu.
And if Ayre's voice and white noise is far louder than the Coral Flow, and yet it isn't enough to be harmful, but Iguazu gets intense headaches even from regular coral voices, then Ayre's voice, even if it was understandable by Iguazu too, it would be head-splittingly loud and piercing with magnitudes worse white noise.
