  • In order to keep our recommendations up to date, we maintain a 'Buyer's Guide' (with a wide spectrum of models, and a lot of technical and lifestyle-related information). Organizing our recommendations this way makes it easier to include good models that we haven't made review-videos for yet, as well as to remove models which have developed unforeseen wear-issues over time, or which have been weakened by the manufacturer in their current iterations. You can access the guide (in addition to our 4-part video series on Choosing the Right Stroller for your Lifestyle, and other helpful content) on Patreon: / stroller-buyers-37953864
    These materials are also available via channel membership on CZcams: / @barnevognverkstedno , and BuyMeaCoffee: buymeacoffee.com/thestrollerw...
    In this video, we demonstrate how to remove the fabric elements from a Babyjogger City Mini GT2. This is useful if you want to wash the fabrics or need to conduct sewing repairs.

    Did you ever make that video about the little front piece of fabric? Mine has gone all mossy from being left in the garden and would love to clean it with the rest of the stroller! Thank you!

    Thank you so very much for your video... i'm not trying to clean it yet, rather replacing the frame so I would greatly appreciated if you can show how to remove the remaining portion of the front. Also, how to close it once all fabric has been removed. Thank you!

    Hi, interested in info on removing the remaining pieces please, as well as if there are any particularities with removing textiles from a double GT2. I’m looking to buy a used one which looks a bit mucky. Thank you for the great work that you do! Long time viewer from Australia.

    Hi! Can you still fold the stroller using the one hand fold, without the fabric? Let's say I would like to remove the fabric while using the car seat (for less weight, and a less bulky look). This question would apply to all models having the one hand fold... Thanks!

      Sorry :) We've had several comments like this, and our later videos all include reassembly. We'll definitely put out a new version of this at some point in the future, but I'm guessing you're stuck on rethreading the sides of the seat into the stroller frame - which is a matter of sliding them in, in the opposite way they came out, but doing both sides at the same time, a little at a time (and note that some of it may be easier to do folded down). If this doesn't help, leave a new comment with more info about where you're getting stuck, and I'll advise further (a completely new comment, not just a response, as it won't show up in my feed). Best of luck! :)

      So I’m assuming it’s possible to use this frame only with seat and bassinet? Where you able to fold it? I’m a a first time mom and I want to get this stroller but I just want to know if I can use without the whole seat. Hope you can help me out.

    • @cynthiabellmcgillis7114
      @cynthiabellmcgillis7114 Před 2 lety

      @@live4u16 It's a one piece fold. You just click the bassinet on top. There is no "seat" to remove.

    • @klynn_nonya7

      The Frame can hold the textiles/main seat and the textiles can come off to just use the frame of it for a bassinet OR an infant carseat
