@@HaloHighlightz because models deserve compensation. "Thank you"s don't put food on your plate. This guy is getting plenty of recognition because of the models he used. They should be compensated fairly. As a model and an artist i think we all deserve fair payment. We shouldn't let people take advantage of us.

I would buy on sight. They are Vivid. Like He goes on the edge but not over. Theres presence in his artwork because He has taken his disadvantage and turned into an advantage for him. Good for him
I especially love his artwork how he depicts the black women with their distinctive features. With high cheekbones, full lips and exotic eyes that are so alive on Canvas. Its like each women is stepping off the canvas greeting you from the land of our great ancestors. Still I rise, still I rise , still I rise…

This is a blessing that his mom and grandma helped him get to where he is now. He is very talented and blessed. The things we take for granted someone else doesn't have. If he did it anyone can no matter what disadvantages you may have.

I love it! I was born without feet. The best thing my mother did was treat me like my siblings. I was expected to do my best and I did. I’m 61 now and I have lived a wonderful life. I’m thankful to God for helping me always. I’m so proud for this young man! Such talent!
I struggled with watching this video but it kept popping up in my feed. I provide transportation for disabled persons and I wanted to be sure that this wasn't a video exploiting a disabled individual. This was not that! Desmond Blair is awe-inspiring and kudos to his mom (rip) for paving the way for his greatness. This proves that the only limitations one has in life is, his or her, mindset. Change your mind, change your life🌟

as an artist who occasionally teaches art (substitute teacher), the first thing I always get from my students is 'miss, i cannot draw'. in addition to telling them 'everybody can draw' i always show them videos like these of artists who don't have hands yet create amazing pieces of art. it works for the most part because it encourages them to try, and I've even created artistic monsters when some of them realize they have the talent/skill to make art.
I really should stop complaining so damn much. Mans out here creating masterpieces with his wrists.

I am 10 years old. I watched this eventful and engaging video with my mother. This evoked lots of emotions. I was transfixed regarding the manner in which he wielded the brush and how painted in a languid manner but with such effort. Mr. Blair acclimated despite his uniqueness as a result of the "human spirt". I immensely cherish the message that was conveyed through this video----that everyone has acquired worth and purpose even if you feel insignificant. I wish Mr. Blair an aspicous career as an artist.
I started drawing at 12 13 and been drawing ever since . Started with a family friend then did it once a we for four years in my first class then left there no I'm really taking it seriously by doing it 2 to 3 days a week with homework
Hearing how he practiced hard inspires my to just practice more and play around with my drawings and keep doing another if that one doesn't come out good and keep pushing!!!!!!!
