@@gichanajuliet9301 am just empowered by your story coincidentally am Juliet also my mum is a teacher too, i also encountered such kind of violence back at home due to my dad's violence. It took a Counselling intervention to accept men in my presence coz i saw them as violence. No happiness in the family. Since i was born i can't state a single moment I even saw my Dad laugh no single day i can recall we shared a happy moment as a family kila siku ni vurugu. But all in all the situation made me strong to whom i am today. Kudoz girl that pain is a reason behind success . Namesake tunaenda far👍

Leaving under 18 with dads is a nightmare! The mum need to be decisive. The mum can do something and help is out here. Requires strength of heart & soul and believe in God. A female zebra protects its calf in the face of a lion! The govt acts where there is an accuser.

Juliet, Thank you for your courage to speak on this very sensitive subject and pole for all that you have gone through. Indeed, only children who have seen and have been secondary or primary victims of domestic abuse would know how it feels. The torture and psychological Trauma from seeing parents fight and argue is enormous and, it would only take God's hand to bring healing to wounded souls. The society we live in may stand as judges and prosecutors, but I feel you Juliet, and I have been wondering where to get a platform to create this kind of awareness, and gal, you have made the first step, may many others find solace, healing and courage from your story. May God heal our broken hearts.
