  • Equating people to natural disasters has never been a good look. In snapshot research of immigration terminology during Biden's first 100 days, we analyzed the ratio of negative to neutral terms that news outlets used. The results were problematic at best, dehumanizing at worst.

    I appreciate the analysis, but what is considered a neutral term? What would be positive terminology in reference to the circumstances?
