It does not have ice Chamber. To use ice, you have to open its back side. Then you can fill ice in it. Opening back panel is easy and it takes less than one minute.
I have this symphony product after sell service not good one Part of fan is break down when I purchase it the service take about 2weeks for fan replacement.

I purchased symphony 27 L, this is awesome cooler, its working amazingly for 160 sq ft room, fan speed is also good and noice is very less.. keep your door and window open for best result
