ABANDONED SCHOOL with EVERYTHING LEFT BEHIND!

Abandoned School with everything left behind! 🏫
Visited in January 2023.
Former Grammar School for girls then became the Grove School in 1976.
Paul Upex a school care taker murdered a 13 year old girl at school & was jailed in 1988!
The two schools merged in 1997 to become Newark High School.
It’s small sixth form closed in 2003.
By 2007 pupil numbers fell by less than half the capacity of the school.
The school closed in 2008, becoming the academy’s sixth form.
The whole site closed in 2016, following the rebuilding of the main academy nearby.
This was an amazing explore!
Each classroom still remaining with all the equipment, everything layed out as if class just finished!
At the far end of the school a section we almost missed! Later a science lab full of equipment!
It’s a waste that all this school resources couldn’t of been reused for another school of the redevelopment of the new school nearby!
