@acho gujjar bhaiiii don’t be ashamed think bout the positives of this you can spy on people XD People who make you uncomfortable are horrible you don’t have to feel bad just be happy :D there’s no need to feel insecure but here’s a tip if it may help: wear sunglasses if you feel judged and feel like can’t take it anymore but never ever let yourself down Because of some scumbags. I can relate so much Raza bhai. Being a person who has suffered with dental problems for majority of my life. I was about 10 when my problems started and i had to go to dentist each time to have my milk teeth removed (and I still remember how painful it was every time) because they won't come out on their own. And thats not all, all of my permanent teeth were not straight and were literally all over the place one overlapping the other. I had to go through so many procedures even had my two permanent teeth removed because they causing too much problem. Finally i got braces for like 2 years. It's been 4 years since i got my braces removed and my teeth are still not the most beautiful and have wide spaces between them. And how much I'm still insecure about them, only i know.
Mujhe b braces lgi hoi he or ab mujhe Allah ki is nemat ka andaza hova he.... Allah ne hmy buht nemto se nawaza he jis ko hum ignore kr dete hn or apni kisi kami pr hi complex rehte hn

Braces ka dard nhi hota, I got my braces two weeks ago, within one month use to ho jata hai insan, front k teeth se bite nhi KR sakty, baqi sb kuch AP kha sakty Hain, brush your teeth after every meal. Monthly visit py jb wire tight krty Hain tb halka sa pressure hota hai 2,3 din. Tb AP kuch soft khayen like daliya, cake, khichri, bread, over cooked Noddles etc..... Mein used to ho bhi gae hon Alhamdulillah

I feel sometimes discouragements and misbehaves last long, most of the changes are formed because of those harsh words and gestures, I feel we should thank all those who reject us and make use realize that we are not good enough and that "we can be better than that what we are now", it hurts a lot I know but I don't know whats makes me say all that, I feel I am way boring to be talking about this stuff on this channel with 1% probability of the owner reading, but to be honest, I am just studying how you manage to be so cool meanwhile realistic.
