I think the biggest difference between them is that Marcelito remained faithful to the original version while Lyodora and Judika tried to put more personal stylistic choices.
just the fact that marcelito sings this by himself without any vocal training whatsoever sitting down and lightning fast switches from male to female is....let's just leave at that.
Marcelito doesn't need to put too much drama in singing just to touched someone's emotion.
Him singing in his natural way gives me chills already.

Honestly speaking, Marcelito sings well. He sings smoothly and effortlessly. Just don't forget, this is one man singing in 2 voices, in 2 languages, live, while sitting down on a bus, with traffic driving pass the window. No formal training in music, self-taught, living in the streets since he was 7 years old, orphan. That's what we call a unique talent, a God-given talent.That thing he does at the end, he joked he's expelling the female voice out of his body.

Filipino singers' voices are very, very bored, like salonga, Sarah, Charice, Morisete, all of them are similar to Indonesia, preferring singers with unique voices such as anggun, raisa, agnes mo, niki, stephani putri etc., voices lea salonga, morisete, sarah if in Indonesia and in America it will not sell 😂😂, if in America you definitely prefer voices like Miley, Lady Gaga, Billy Ellish, Camila Cabello etc.

Lyodra another example of singers who can belt and really sing and yet without soul and emotion that goosebumps that i'm looking for in a singer, she needs to connect with her inner emotion and sing not to impress but to sing with her heart as if she's in her own world. What a great comparison, I just knew Marcelito from this video and he is a really good singer, effortless!
While comparing them will be a bit difficult, because they came from different types of singers. Lyodra with her belting style and strong power, while Marcelito with his soft and peaceful voice. And also their age difference is too far as well, Lyodra was 16 and Marcelito was 35 when they sang this song.
Filipinos will say that Marcelito is better and Indonesian will say Lyodra is better. I would rather praise both incredible singers than compare them. We should be proud that they are southeast Asia great singers, Lyodra always presents Indonesia at International events (in Italia, Dubai, etc), and maybe the same also for Marcelito.

@@Katriinka I meant the gesture he makes after he finishes the song, which looks sort of like coughing something up. I just read about this in the comment section of a different reaction. I don't know of the original interview where he said it, but it was probably in the Philippines. Besides also being on A.G.T. The Champions, he was also on the Ellen Show where he was interviewed with an interpreter. They split that appearance into 2 parts. At the end of the second one Ellen told him she had arranged for him to meet Celine Dion backstage at her show in Vegas. That happened eventually.
