Delta Talks #12: Understanding the diet of the Cambodia-Mekong Delta

For the 12th installment of the Delta Talks, the CGIAR Initiative on Asian Mega-Deltas (AMD) and Wageningen University & Research (WUR) presented a webinar on the food consumption patterns in Cambodia, covering changes in household food consumption, results of a rural food consumption survey, and a case study on rural food vendors in the Mekong Delta. A collaboration between AMD and WUR, Delta Talks is a webinar series focusing on the development and results of research activities in the deltas.
