Before my beautiful friend Brooke went to be with Jesus, I got the opportunity to surprise her and share a song I wrote for her. This is "Never Ever Give Up," written for the strongest little girl I know.

I miss her sooo much she was in my class for 4 years in nj and she was my bff and I love her very much😘😘 r.i.p. Brooke Mrs.Beck and Mrs.Canale and everyone at VMS miss you very much. Have fun in heaven

This brought tears to my eyes. I lost my brother because of cancer, I know how hard this disease is in any family.. 😢 Brooke is with the Lord now where there is no more pain. May God bless and comfort her family. Thanks to Matthew West and family for blessing others.

Absolutely beautiful, I got the chance to meet brooke 5 years ago when my elementary school threw party for her. She moved out of my neighborhood a couple years ago and has been in my prayers since. It's heartbreaking that she had to leave us so soon, but I'm so glad she is not in pain anymore and is with our lord. My prayers go out to her family.
Mr. Matthew West God has used you to help SOOOO many people no doubt you’ve helped me. This is amazing I know no matter what happens God loves all of us sooooooo much and He is proud of you and the way you love Him and serve Him. No, nobody is perfect or does it perfectly, but you are an inspiration to me because I want to do something like what you do when I grow up and I have a lot of growing to do physically and spiritually but I know God is with me wherever I go. Please let God keep using you and your family and band to do AWESOME things. God bless
This is why Matthew is one of my favorite artists. He’s the real deal. Encouraging everyone and showing them God’s love.
What I like so much about Matthew is that he seems so accessible. Like his 24 places in 24 hours--I am sure there are others that are like this also, but He just seems to be just like the "guy next door". I thank God for people like you, Matthew.
