That is a stunning hotel! I appreciate getting an in depth look at a place to help decide where to stay. The first 2 times I went to NYC, I hated it. We live in California, just North of San Francisco. I went again a couple years ago and spent the day riding bikes in Central Park and really enjoyed it. My son was graduating fron U-Penn last year, so we went to NYC for my 15 year old daughter. I loved it this time. The city was so clean compared to when I had gone in my 20s. I saw such beautiful architeture. The Morgan Library & Museaum was stunning! We stayed at the Embassy Suites and had a private balcony that was 5X the size of our suite. It had an unobstructed view of the Empire State Building. It was so beautiful, I wanted to sleep on the balcony, lol. We also had a view of part of Macy's, so we decided to do a little shopping. The wooden escalators are one of the coolest things I have ever seen! I never dreamed an escalator could be so beatiful!
Hopefully you and your better half could stay a few more days in that beautiful hotel. So you both can enjoy everything that this hotel has to offer for you both. I would love nothing more than have a couples massage with all the bells and whistles. And to be able to enjoy the pool so I can enjoy swimming in it for hours. Plus eating more delicious food thst the hotel has to offer. And drinking whatever floats my boat as well. LOL! Thank you for sharing your anniversary with your viewers here on CZcams.
