  • This is Prelude No. 1 in C Major (BWV 846) by Johann Sebastian Bach from the Well-Tempered Clavier Book Number 1.
    The piano is Roland HP 203.

    hey, i also want to make piano video's like this to place on youtube. you need anny copyrights or licenses for this ?

      Depends on what piece you are playing. If you are playing classical pieces like this, then you are most likely safe and you don't need any licence as these are already in public domain (works of individuals goes public automatically, 70 years after author's passing). Occasionally, someone makes a claim also on these works. But those are just malicious attempts to make money out of other's work. You can dispute these claims on youtube stating the reason that the work is in public domain.
      Playing modern songs is a whole different thing and you'll definitely need a licence for those.
      You should be ok with what I said above but for the sake of completeness be aware that copyright laws these days are extremely complex and confusing so there may be exceptions to anything. For example, playing a Bach piece may seem to be ok, but if you are using sheets music where someone changed few notes in the original piece, then it's copyrighted again.
      Anyway, don't be discouraged by that. In case of any copyright issues, you'll get notified by youtube and you can work it out from there!
